What are some of your best examples of online product training sessions?

Hello all, I'm looking for some of your favorite or most effective examples of recorded software training sessions. It could be something on YouTube, or something embedded into a website as a part of their in-house product training. I'm looking to study some of these examples and distill what effective training looks and feels like outside of the on-paper theory.

Does any one know of any creators planning to make 3d models adjacent to the new ogor design?

If this is the final release coming up, do we know of any 3d Creators planning ogor projects that align with the new proportions? It seems like such a large part of the army is left out of the refresh and would look so out of place with the new models. There are a few creators that have already done it in the past, but even they wouldn't look right against the new ogors.

Any Creators with plans to make things that fit with the new ogors?

I know that the releases are still very very new. Are there any rumblings of creators making things that may resemble the style of the new ogor mawtribes refresh? Looking at the files that are currently available, nothing seems to have the right proportions. I know new releases usually spark Creators to make their own versions of things. But also I completely understand that these things take a lot of time.

Family member has a home that is going to be foreclosed on, can I do anything to take over the property?

As a bit of context, my grandmother passed away about 3 or so years back, she only had one asset to pass on which was the family home. The oldest child, my uncle, inherited the house and everyone else was given nothing. I recently got an update from my mother that stated that he hasn't been paying property taxes or the utilities so the home currently has no power and is likely going to be foreclosed on. No one else in the family is doing well enough financially to do anything about it. My uncle has done some pretty bad things to the family in the past and is very untrustworthy so preserving his feelings or attempting to make a deal with him would likely end up bad. If the family already considers the home to be lost, I can see it as a potential way to invest in it and resell the property to help the amount of money I have set aside to buy my own home grow. The house is fully paid off as far as I'm aware. He just neglected the finances since inheriting it.

My partner and I are saving to buy our first home together, so I have a decent amount saved up. This puts me in the only position within the family to be able to do anything relating to it. I've heard that there are options to pay the taxes and take over the home title, but I keep finding contradictory information. The home is in NJ and I live in a different state. I've never been in a position where I had the opportunity to do something like this, so I don't quite know what can be done here. I could also just let it be and keep my money set aside.

Any advice or guidance would be a huge help! Thank you!

Update: the plot thickens, I called around and was referred to the local tax collectors office. There is a tax lean on the house for a few thousand. No taxes or fees paid on it since 2024. The house is still in my grandmother's name even though she passed in 2023. I'll be speaking to one of their supervisors later today to get more information on what options there are.

2nd update: My grandmother passed without a will, everyone assumed that the property should have gone to the oldest child, apparently it should have gone to all 3, but they never went to the surrogates office to establish this. Since I'm far down the line and the lein has been in place since 2024, they're going to start the process of trying to foreclose at the end of the year. It doesn't appear that I have a way to gain that legal right to the property even if I can pay it off. It's currently at $11,700, gaining almost $1000 quarterly and at 18% interest which could potentially be worth doing soon if there was a way, but everyone is so stubborn it'll be argued over until the lein holder forecloses on it. I passed that info onto my mother and reached out to one of her brothers, no one speaks to each other or responds so I'm going to assume that this one will be going to the banks.

What is the purpose of these?

2015 Nissan Sentra

I just noticed them, they're right behind the wheels on both the front driver and passenger side. I'm not seeing anything in the manual. Immediately, it looks like something is missing from this area. There's a video on YouTube of someone showing the underside of a similar year and they're on that one too.

Help understanding cause of failure, photon mono 4k

I recently started to experience some print failures, in asking around, some have told me that it could be the screen failing. I ran a resin xp2 validationatrix to see if exposure could be the issue. If I'm understanding this properly, I have one more post than I do holes, and the holes are filled in past the third, I believe that puts me slightly over exposed. But the failure that I'm most concerned about is the bottom right. It's showing up at the end of my prints. Any help or advice would be appreciated. I'm using an anycubic photon mono 4k

Building a set of ikoria apex edh decks

I got into magic with ikoria, with otrimi being my first commander ever. Now that I've gotten further into magic and have built my wburg mutate deck, I'm thinking of building a set of 5 commander decks, one for each apex. Nethroi, brokos, illuna, snapdax and vadrok. I'm going to try and get them balanced to each other but before I start, has anyone done this or are aware of this existing already? I know about looking decks for each of them up in moxfield, but with my limited experience I'm still learning how to build lists. I suppose I want to approach it with the intention of making each feel like an upgraded precon for each apex.

My girlfriend gifted me this wonderful old copy of Trader Vic's bartender's guide. Inside was this signature. The book has a copyright date of 1947, I'm not seeing a publication or print date. I'm assuming the signature is from a previous owner, but something about the placement feels like it could be one of the people that worked with Trader Vic? Would anyone have any insight on how old they could be? Any insight or opinions would be helpful. It was a very thoughtful gift and I'm already having a lot of fun going through it.

Obviously the coasters are from one of Trader Vic's bars, but they don't look like the modern ones as far as I'm aware. Would anyone have any insight on how old they could be?
