Hi, so I have been suffering from PE for quite some time and I have been watching Porn for so long and masturbating that i hardly last 1 min if I try hard thrust.
Now I am fully aware that porn and different masturbation techniques that I used have done some serious damage to me. I have stopped watching porn (around 3-4 months) and i don't usually masturbate also now (sometimes when we are making out and my gf is not in mood for sex she strokes and I cum) but I don't self masturbate now.
I have been trying to find a fix and a lot of online articles are suggesting kegels (like imagine stopping urine) which I have been doing and I feel i can comfortably stop and restart urine flow. But I am reading a lot of posts on this sub about reverse kegels where they are trying to relax the pelvic floor rather than clenching it (which I do to stop urine flow) there is also a lot of talk about some 'bulbasoros' muscle which sits between anus and scrotum.
So I wanted to understand if I should continue holding my Pee or is it doing me more harm than good???
Also pls tell how to do reverse kegels or any other methods that you may have found helpful.
