What's your opinion on "Japan is good for travel but terrible to live in" take?

This is a common phrase used to describe what Japan is like on social media. However, from my experience so far, of course Japan is far from perfect but it's also far from terrible. What's your opinion on it?

How to dismantle enemy nodes faster?

When I play as a Recon, I try to make a point of finding and destroying enemy nodes whenever possible, but since they take so long to destroy, I sometimes get spotted by enemy players. Is there any way to destroy nodes faster?

What’s some bullshit you’ve heard about Japan before coming here that turned out to be false?

"Japan is expensive", "You need to work 14 hours a day" etc.

Question from a Japanese anime fan. Why are anime fans outside of Japan so political in general?

One thing I noticed as a Japanese anime fan is that anime fandom overseas seems to care about politics SOOOOOOO much more than Japanese one. Like, whenever androgynous character appears in anime there's always people arguing like "this character is trans!" "No, this character is straight!" or whenever tanned-skined character appears they're like "this character MUST be black!" "This character can't be Japanese! People saying so are just racists!" and so on.

The dumbest one I've ever seen is the discourse about Frieren. It's literally just a heartwarming anime which focuses on love for humanity(I believe most people who watched it agree on this), but on social media people are arguing like "Frieren is RACIST anime that was made for MAGA!! Demons in the show is the metaphor of immigrants and it's promoting anti-immigrants propaganda!!!!!"
When I first saw this I couldn't believe there's people who interpret the show in such a distorted way.

On the other hand, I've literally never seen any of such claim or discourse on Japanese fandom. Why overseas fandom is like this? Or am I just witnessing only tiny portion of noisy minority here?

I'm SOOOOOOOOOO tired of seeing all the nonstop negative weird misconception and prejudice against Japan on social media. Does anyone agree?

Whenever Japan gets mentioned on social media, the coment section is almost always filled with grossly exaggerated, outdated, or just completely made up bullshit about Japan like below.

"Japanese people work 12 hours on average, sleep at the company, forced to attend drinking party, can't leave office until your boss leave, zero freetime left for hobbies and it's considered completely normal"(outdated and grossly exaggerated misconception about working culture)

"Japanese people are just robots with no emotion"

"Japan's birth rate is low because japanese people are lonely overworked racist misogynistic suicidal weird perverts" (and when the topic is low birth rate in other countries it's just because of economy or something. They never say the same to other countries including the countries with lower birth rate than Japan, such as Italy, Spain, Chile, Thailand)

"used panty vending machines are everywhere in Japan"

"Japan's age of concent is 13 years old"

"Japan has extraordinarily high suicide rate"(and never say the same to countries with higher suicide rates like the US, France, Belgium or Thailand)

"Japan has uniquely high underreported rate of sexual crimes, it's worst hellhole when it comes to sexual assaults" (Japan has certainly low underreported rate of sexual crime(10〜30%) but it's the same almost everywhere in the world. (28% in the US and only 5.8% in Canada)It's not unique to Japan)

"cheating is considered completely normal in Japan"

"Japan has extraordinarily high conviction rate"

It's so weird and tiresome. I really hate how people talk about Japan like that

Artstyle of S;G 0 VN

I just started playing it and I can't help complaining about the artstyle. (I've already watched both anime and played the original VN)
Man what the fuck is this????? Ruka's CG looks 1000 times worse compared to the original VN. Faris's and Mayuri's too. Suzuha's and Moeka's are kinda meh as well, not nearly as bad as Ruka's tho. The only improvement in artstyle so far compared to the original is Okabe's CG. Will I be able to stop feeling that this artstyle is weird as I play it? How did you guys feel when you first saw this artstyle???
