Clearly an American spastic reaction that new Treaties involving Military spending is not going to be prioritized to employing 2,400,000 American Military Industrial Defence workers, or further inrichening the Corporate profits of American based Corporations or their Shareholders.

It's SAFE to say, that this is an unintended consequence of the MAGA moron in Chief's aggressive 'America First' posture when it comes to Defence spending, and where that money is really going to end up at, as a result of his own toxicity, when it comes to Alliances now significantly weakened through his own actions.
