NEED HELP WITH ROUTINE

What should be the ideal workout routine if you go to the gym 4 days a week for around 60–70 minutes per session? My goal is body recomposition.

I tried following an upper/lower split, which helps me hit each muscle twice a week, but during upper body days it feels like each muscle group gets very limited focus.

On the other hand, if I follow a split like chest & triceps / back & biceps / legs & shoulders, I can do multiple exercises for the same muscle group in one session, but then I’m not able to train each muscle twice a week.

Could you please suggest the most effective approach?

Does anyone know any good function or gathering halls in Doha suitable for around 17 families? Preferably something reasonably priced.

My question is for those who regularly go to the gym and track their calorie intake with a clear understanding of it. I’m a 38-year-old male, 5 ft 9 inches tall, weighing 72 kg. I have a relatively lean build but carry some fat around my belly area. Based on my height, my weight falls within the ideal range, but my goal is to lose belly fat without losing overall weight or muscle mass.

I currently go to the gym 3–4 times a week and want to reduce this stubborn fat to achieve a leaner, more defined physique, ideally with visible abs. I’d appreciate guidance on how to properly track my calories—should I increase my calorie intake, maintain it, or focus more on increasing protein? I hope that clearly explains what I’m trying to ask

Hi everyone

What’s the best place to buy a wheelchair at a reasonable price? I’ve been checking online, but most pharmacies seem to be selling them at very high prices
