Help me with supplements

I've heard that many people who lift weights take vitamin D3, fish oil, magnesium, and creatine every day. A lot of fitness influencers recommend these supplements as well. Is that actually true? Would you recommend that I take them too?

My second question is about body recomposition. I started my body recomp journey about two months ago and have lost around 3 kg so far. Recently, I've been feeling a bit stressed for no obvious reason. Is this something that can happen during body recomposition, or could it be related to my diet or training? Is there anything you would recommend I take or do to help with it.

HELP WITH BODY RECOMP AFTER 2 MONTHS

I started my body recomposition journey 2 months ago at 71.5 kg with a slight calorie deficit. Since then, I've lost 3 inches from my waist and my weight has dropped to 69.5 kg.

I'm happy with the fat loss, but I don't want to lose any more body weight. My goal now is to continue recomposition, lose the remaining belly fat, and improve muscle definition.

My concern is that if I keep eating in a calorie deficit, my weight will continue to decrease, which I don't want. What would you guys recommend? Should I move to maintenance calories and continue strength training, or is there a better approach?

Currently i am taking 135gm protein per day and hitting the gym 4 days a week with upper/lower split.

Has Anyone ordered using On Cloud Qatar website ?

Has anyone ordered from the On Cloud Qatar website? Their prices are almost half of what the shoes sell for in stores here in Qatar. I'm just wondering if anyone has experience with them and how long the delivery took.

Help with workout volume

I’m a 40-year-old male currently trying to recomp my body. I’ve been in a slight calorie deficit for the past 4 weeks and have lost around 1 kg so far. I’m tracking my calories and macros consistently and training 4 days per week using an upper/lower body split.

My question is about my workout routine. I typically spend about an hour in the gym. On an upper-body day, I usually do one exercise per muscle group. For example, I might do bicep curls on one upper-body day and then a different bicep exercise on the next upper-body day, so in total I’m doing two bicep exercises per week.

Is this enough volume to build muscle and achieve a more defined physique while doing a body recomposition? Would you recommend any changes to my training approach?

Also, as a beginner, what are the most important things I should do and avoid to maximize my results? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

NEED HELP WITH ROUTINE

What should be the ideal workout routine if you go to the gym 4 days a week for around 60–70 minutes per session? My goal is body recomposition.

I tried following an upper/lower split, which helps me hit each muscle twice a week, but during upper body days it feels like each muscle group gets very limited focus.

On the other hand, if I follow a split like chest & triceps / back & biceps / legs & shoulders, I can do multiple exercises for the same muscle group in one session, but then I’m not able to train each muscle twice a week.

Could you please suggest the most effective approach?

My question is for those who regularly go to the gym and track their calorie intake with a clear understanding of it. I’m a 38-year-old male, 5 ft 9 inches tall, weighing 72 kg. I have a relatively lean build but carry some fat around my belly area. Based on my height, my weight falls within the ideal range, but my goal is to lose belly fat without losing overall weight or muscle mass.

I currently go to the gym 3–4 times a week and want to reduce this stubborn fat to achieve a leaner, more defined physique, ideally with visible abs. I’d appreciate guidance on how to properly track my calories—should I increase my calorie intake, maintain it, or focus more on increasing protein? I hope that clearly explains what I’m trying to ask

Hi everyone

What’s the best place to buy a wheelchair at a reasonable price? I’ve been checking online, but most pharmacies seem to be selling them at very high prices
