i ordered 500g of plain dried mango from deli’s tiktok shop. the shop itself is labelled as “mall” so i expected good service. when my order arrived, i got the salt chili instead. i dont eat spicy food, i have low tolerance for spice, so naturally i requested a refund and messaged the seller and this what they replied with.
ngayon lng nila ginawang unavailable yung item after i had complained and after i already ordered.
bc of this terrible response, i no longer want to give this company more of my money. saan pa maganda bumili ng dried mango lolol

hi, i have a re-occurring dream where im in bed, wearing what im actually wearing like it was made to mimic my current state i slept in. i’d say this happens every few months, its short and follows the same concept.
its almost 2am rn and i js woke up from one of it.
i had js turned off my phone and drift to sleep when i “woke up” in a dream where i was scared and was screaming for my bf and it took him a while to come check. during this i felt actually awake but my throat wasn’t hurting so i figured that it was a dream and i told myself to wake up.
then suddenly i saw my bf by the door, on the floor looking at me which is weird so i screamed more hoping i was screaming irl too then another copy of my bf came and got in bed next to me and i told him that there was someone who looked like him on the floor, pointing at the duplicate he walked past. i was frantically pointing at the guy on the floor asking why the bf on the bed couldn’t see the one on the floor when they both started laughing so i stood up watching and pointing at them both and i woke up with my heart racing and here i am now, asking for answers online.

in my company pinapapasok kami ng 30 minutes early for prep, this is unpaid kaya pumapasok ako ng mga 10 to 20 minutes early lng or js before my paid shift lng. if 10am pasok ko nakakapasok na ako ng mga 9:40 to 9:55 pero never 10am onwards without valid reason.
bc of this, they deducted 800php from my payslip and labelled it “others”. afaik since hindi paid yung 30 minutes early na yun then they cant deduct my salary for the unpaid work that i missed.
tama ba ako or tama lng sila for the deduction?
if correct, how do i talk to the HR abt it without sounding rude?
nagpabutas ako ng ears ko a year ago (i have triple lobes on one and double lobes sa kabila) but i stopped wearing earrings kasi the ones i bought irritated my ears a lot. to ppl na marami piercings, where kayo nabili ng earrings nyo na may designs and di nag tatarnish/kalawang? thanks xx

small rant ahead so heres the TLTR; service provider of a coffee shop refuses to issue a sales invoice, any advice on what i should do?
hii! i work for a coffee shop and naturally need namin ng yelo everyday, and our service provider refuses to give a sales invoice. sila pa yung galit pag hihingi ako😵
nung una akala ko baka mahal yung receipt paper nila kaya we agreed na gawing weekly yung pag issue nila ng SI, however, pag hihingi na ako ng SI weekly kinakalimutan nila hanggang sa di na ibibigay, pag hihingiin ko through messages di nila rereplyan, and if in person ko hihingiin nantataas pa sila ng boses and sapilitan talaga before nila ibigay.
ive tried to understand na baka small business lng sila (which i doubt they are, marami sila employees and vehicles) but as a small business need din namin yung SI for tax claims.
worst is hindi pa makatarungan bayad nila sa employees nila (according to sa former employee nila) apparently, meron silang unpaid overtimes and kaltas agad if hindi sila papayag mag OT.
di nga sila nagbabayad ng tamang tax hindi pa tama bayad nila sa tao nila.
any advice? should i contact BIR na? if i did, paano process nun?
