I'll always really enjoyed everyone in The Caves of Androzani every character is either morally gray or completely evil so it gives the actors a lot of good material to sink their teeth into.

I particularly like Christopher Gable as Jek who has a lot of grand operatic energy and Maurice Roeves as Stotz who has this very threatening aura and vindictive glee.

Mine is

"We have an intruder."

"How did he get in Intruder Window."

It's dumb but I love it.

Mine would be this moment from Black Orchid.

"I'm afraid if I told you, you wouldn't believe me."

"I am chief constable of this country and you sir are under suspicion of murder."

"I'm a Timelord."

"What?"

"I told you."

Mine is in City of Death when a soldier captured him and said Captain Tancredi will be here soon and Four says in an overly serious tone "CAPTAIN TANCREDI."

The soldier ask if he knows him and Four replies with a deadpan "No."

Like I know there's a in universe explantation so it's not technically fantasy but the Master's resurrection wouldn't be out of place in RTD's second era.

Edit: For the record what I'm saying is the moment relies a lot on elements of fantasy which RTD2 would do a lot to the point of almost ignoring Sci-Fi.

My two favorites are Ratigan (who I'm counting as a Moriarty) and Moriarty the Patriot.

Ratigan, because he's voiced by Vincent Price and I love his theatrical personality.

Patriot, because it probably has some of the best development for any version of the character, putting a large emphasis on his meticulous planning.

Jeremy Brett's Sherlock Holmes.

I personally really like the second suit he wears in 'Terror of the Autons.'

It really gives him Bond villain vibes.

Edit: For the record I did not intentionally leave Eric Roberts out I just forgot to include him that's my bad.

Basically, a piece of media that adapts Sherlock Holmes but adds a twist to it, think of something like 'Sherlock.'

My personal favorite of these types of stories it 'The Great Mouse Detective,' which follows rodent versions of the characters.

It's actually what me into Sherlock Holmes I saw it as a kid thought it was fun and wanted to see more stories like it.

Columbo's wife and I'm not counting that TV show called Mrs. Columbo, it ain't canon.

So people say Izuku and Bakugo's old classmates from Aldera have basic, boring, or just straight-up lame quirks that wouldn't be good for hero work.

But how would any of us know we never really get a full explanation what their quirks are so for all we know they could actually be really good.

Most people point towards the guy whose quirk is to stretch his eyeballs out but I mean how do we know that's the limit of his quirk maybe he can actually stretch his entire body out like Mr. Fantastic and he's just using his eyes as an example.

I'm gonna go with Verity Chandler from "Ashes to Ashes." quick summary she found out Eric Prince did something bad and told him to his face that she was going to expose him on live TV.

Plus as she gets ready to leave she continues to rub it in acting all high and superior.

Ok even if she didn't expect Prince to straight up murder her she should've expected he would do something to keep her silent.
