Hi there, I have a Terramater R4-423 NAS and run a Plex server on it. Plex server runs fine at home, but it's when I access ot remotely that I have issues, especially via PlexAmp when listening to HiDef flacs .. so streamong works ok, but after 10 mons I get the deeaded 'spinmomg circle'.. its hard to understand if it's its the Plex server of the Terramaster NAS crashing.. sometimes the connection works afrer say 30 mins, often I need to go home and reboot... What are good tools I can put on my phone to 1. Check the Terramaster hasnt crashes and 2. Reboot it?

I watched 'maps to the stars' for the second time, and I'm 1. Convinced its in the top 10 of 'my' Cronerberg faves and 2. It's a masterpiece.

It's also one of Cronenberg's bleakest and 'purest' horror films, and a brilliant adaptation , I personally think his second best!

I missed a week of work with this rotten virus. Started with a dry cough, i did a covid/rsv/flu a&b test, after third day all negative so i thought i am fine.. then proceeded to have shocking night coughs for about 4 nights, then ashtma. After day 7 night coughs went but then had a niggly cough, but general Lethargy, meh feeling, and when I would move around or go out, feel. Wheezy, cough etc.. also had a bit of dhirrhea. On and off. Worst 'cold' Ive had since N1H1, and way worse than the 2 covids i had. And yet, nothing in the news...

I have noticed on Sjlparent's Darkos (cant repprt on other distros at this stage) that the theme indexing is slow. So I have like 5000 NES games for instance, and it takes about a minute to list all the games. Sure I dont need so many games, but was wondering what tips could make the indexing faster, besides deleting 3000 games??

Hi there, I have a TerraMaster F4-423 NAS and recently upgraded to TOS7. ffmpeg process runs when idle and take up 150-200% of CPU on the NAS and crunches away, a few hours ago it crashed my NAS. Is there a way to stop this buggy process when not using Jellyfin. It's a pain in the bum, especially since I have to reboot my NAS all the time.

I'm posting this here as I feel 'the Odyssey' might end up on Criterion ... I just saw it here in Melboure, Australia at the Sun Theatre. The film is presented in 70mm and the projectionist came out and introduced the film and the fact its a special 'celluloid' presentation for the kids etc etc, and Nolan insists of having 70mm presrntations of his epoc and that he prefers the deeper blacks rtc etc.. ANYWAY, there is a TERRIBLE flickering on the beach or desert scenes, where there is alot of WHITE... Im not sure if it was due to the projectionist, the format the film was shot in or even the mastering to film. But it seems like the 24fps of the 70mm projector doesnt sync with some component of the production tech itself? Was the film shot with digital cameras? How could they fuck this up? Anyway maybe the issue was at this cinema? But curious to know if anyone else has noticed?

I have had Balanitis on the tip of my exposed (circumcised) helmet for about three months. It isnt irritated, just the red spots. Dr said to use Hydrozole, but a podatrist said Lamasil is better for fungus. The Hydrozole doesnt seem to do anything. When it drues out it looks like the balanitis has gone. But when i rub the cream on my schmecklethe spots reappear. I just want it gone so I can have sex with my wife who I reckon gave it to me as her vagina smell of fish and feels acidic when i do negiyah.

Hi there, I have some old RPi 3s and 4s i used as DACs that have been outmoded by the WiimUltra.. inrecentlt bought an r36max andr36hmaxx pro, both of ehich struggle with N64 and Dreamcast games. Would an RPi 3 or higher be able to run those N64, Dreamcast even Ps2 and ps3 games without frame drop?
