Miu Iruma - Junko x Kazuichi (Evil Sex)

So Junko had sex with all of the remnants, but Kazuichi is the one that actually got her pregnant. She is the oldest, being 5 by the time Kokichi is adopted, and she has a complex family to say the least. After she was born, Junko immediately ditched her to Mikan and Ibuki, who raised her until she was 3. Three months after her birthday, Junko “dies” (She actually goes to prepare a killing game with the remnants but she is captured by the FF before she actually makes it to Jabberwock Island. Turns out pregnancy had a bigger effect than she thought, and she becomes Ryoko by the time Sonia enters labor) and Mikan becomes incapable of taking care of her. Ibuki is too busy looking over Mikan, so Miu gets kidnaped by the Warriors of Hope, leading to the events of UDG. UDG now becomes a plan to raise Miu as ultimate despair by turning Komaru and Toko into Junko and Mukuro, but because Komaeda was “busy”, they lose the baby and Komaru finds her before the first boss battle. Miu becomes a Tokomaru child until the Tragedy ends and she is returned to Mikan and Ibuki. Souda is actively trying to be a father to her, but he has two other kids. Ryoko visits occasionally, though Miu doesn’t remember her.

Korekiyo Shinguiji - Mikan x Nagito (Evil Sex)

Right after Miu is born, Nagito realizes something… if he and Izuru could have a child, he could make the Ultimate Hope, the perfect being! And he wanted to carry it. But… unfortunately there was no such luck.

And at around the time he realizes that he needs someone else to turn to in order to relieve this tension. Mikan, distraught and heartbroken since she didn’t get pregnant from Junko (or get her pregnant), was luckily close by! It wasn't meant to be anything serious, really but… oh, was it just his luck that Mikan would be the one carrying his kid. But it was no matter, he'd just raise this kid to be the Ultimate Hope anyways. He can still make it work!

So Kiyo was born at the height of the tragedy and Nagito promised that he (and Izuru) would raise a child most capable of becoming the Ultimate Hope in such hopeless conditions. Of course, just as he planned this, Miu is born and sent to Mikan, so she instead decides to raise both of them with Ibuki, with Komaeda being unable to stop her as Izuru didn’t care to help him. Once Junko is “dead” Kiyo develops a split personality (3 year old btw) which is his “despair” version, who acts like canon (or well, Killing Game version) Kiyo, with Miu replacing his sister. He is neglected for some time because of Mikan’s mental break but she eventually starts to continue raising him until she is sent to the NWP. He is 4 (and a half) by the time she gets out.

Rantaro Amami - Mahiru x Nagito (Evil Sex)

After Mikan took the baby, Nagito immediately went to Izuru to try for a baby again. He fails. So he (reluctantly) goes to Mahiru who is feeling very horny. Thus Rantaro is born (and Himiko too a few weeks later, but that’s after this is finished). He is 4 by the time the Tragedy ends, and has a close relationship with his sister, mostly serving as her pillar of stability, since both Gundham and Nagito are not very good parents. Mahiru is controlling over them during the Tragedy and very protective after it ends. She doesn’t trust either father with her children. Especially not Nagito because he tried to steal Rantaro away.

Himiko Yumeno - Gundham x Mahiru (Evil Sex)

A few weeks after getting pregnant with Rantaro she felt strangely needy, she didn't know that she was already pregnant so she just shrugged it off and got with Gundam to satisfy this intense need. Then she starts presenting and after Rantaro she realizes that she isn't quite done… It takes Himiko weeks after Rantaro and Mahiru ran away with both of her children, to keep them away from their unstable, unfit dads. Men were always so unreliable when it came to this sort of thing…

Himiko is 3 and a half by the time the Tragedy ends. Mahiru, both from paranoia and despair, is incredibly controlling over her especially, since she shares her hair. She loosens up after the tragedy, though Himiko is her favorite of the two (1000 for Himiko, 999 for Rantaro in levels of love, Mahiru always had a soft spot for girls).

Tenko Chabashira - Hiyoko x Mikan (Evil Sex)

After the news of Mahiru getting pregnant got to Hiyoko, she was incredibly jealous. She then goes to Mikan to get impregnated, unaware that she already has two kids, and that Mikan is a bottom to her specifically. So Mikan gets pregnant (again) with Tenko, who is 3 by the time the Tragedy ends.Despite denying at the start, Hiyoko ends up raising Tenko alone since Mikan was incredibly busy already. She makes sure to ingrain in her mind a hatred toward males and an affection toward girls (both as a way to make sure she doesn’t leave and her personal bias). However, once Junko “dies” she ends up leaving her abandoned in the street, where she is found by Sakura who ends up raising her. After the Tragedy, Hiyoko fully gives Sakura the rights to Tenko since she doesn’t believe she can’t avoid repeating her parents' mistakes. Sakura would end up raising Tenko with help from Hina, though Mikan does help and visits from time to time. 

Maki Harukawa - Izuru x Peko (Slightly less evil sex)

Izuru pulled back from Nagito because the constant trying was becoming… predictable to him. He needed something different, something new.

Peko wasn't his first choice but she'd have to do, it was convenient and convenience is the best thing Izuru could ask for.

Maki was born because Izuru didn’t bother to prevent it. Though he does take some care for her, Peko does most of the work and teaches her to be a good swordswoman. She is around 2 and a half by the time the Tragedy ends.

Kirumi Tojo - Sonia x Taka (Sonia forces herself on Taka)

After the Junko’s “death”, Class 77-B really didn’t like class 78 so they tended to stalk them all the way to the Future Foundation (FF). On their way to the main building, Taka gets lost since he decided to go ahead of everyone to scout a little. Sonia promptly forced him to take an aphrodisiac pill so she could have her way with him. This led to Kirumi being created and the plan to put the Remnants into the NWP to be enacted when Makoto learned of it.

She is about a year old when the tragedy ends.

Ryoma Hoshi - Leon x Fuyuhiko (Fuyuhiko forces himself on Leon)

After Makoto calls on the Hope Restoration Project (HRP), Leon is on a field mission to find the other remnants. Unfortunately for him, he found the wrong one. He found himself on Fuyuhiko's turf. And Kuzuryus don't take kindly to trespassers. So Fuyuhiko's underlings hold Leon down and… well that was the conception of Ryoma.

He is a week younger than Kirumi, 11 months old when the tragedy ends.

Kaito "Momota" Naeigi - Gundham x Makoto (Transactional but mostly consensual)

It took a while but eventually they ended with Gundham being one of the last people to be scouted for the HRP, Makoto tried to talk it out but Gundham wouldn't really listen to him so, seeing no better options, he asked how he could get him to agree to it and, well… there was one thing Gundham could use from Future Foundation worms like him.

Kaito was the tax of that transaction. It took 6 hours for Makoto to convince Mukuro to not turn class 77 into corpses and an additional 10 to convince his class of not skinning Gundham alive. Mukuro still hasn’t forgiven him, and firmly makes sure to take care of Kaito as if she had birthed him instead of Makoto.

He is 6 months old when the Tragedy ends.

Kaede Akamatsu - Peko x Fuyuhiko (Sane)

While in the Neo World Program (NWP), both Peko and Fuyuhiko get busy and (unaware condoms don’t work since this is a simulation) Peko becomes pregnant. Kaede would be born 4 months after the Tragedy and both parents would be incredibly protective of her, though they tend to leave her with Sayaka a lot since Peko has to take care of Maki too, and Fuyuhiko is partially suicidal since he raped Leon, but he is going to therapy and regularly visits Hoshi.

K1-B0 - Kazuichi & Chihiro (Non-Ship)

Around the same time Tenko was born, Kazuichi built a war machine to help Miu spread despair in case her Mother died, though it came sooner than expected and he never put an AI in it. Once the NWP had started, Chihiro created Kiibo’s AI and he finished around 5 months after the Tragedy ended.

Shuichi "Saihara" Ikusaba - Makoto x Mukuro (Sane)

Mukuro was always uncomfortable with the idea of her baby with Makoto being a mere “transaction” so she got busy with him. He would be born shortly after K1-B0 was given a mind, though he doesn’t meet anyone that isn’t his family until 6 months after the Tragedy concluded. Mukuro is very, very, very protective of him and she refuses to let him meet either Ryoko or Gundham.

Gonta Gokuhara - Mondo x Taka (Adopted)

As the world is recovering, Mondo and Taka are out to rescue some kids that they were alerted about being nearby but when they arrived there was just one very young kid, shaking and crying, covered in bugs. 

Quickly the two took him into the safety of the Future Foundation and, though he was traumatized by his… interactions with Sonia, he and Mondo decided to take him as their own, giving him the name “Gonta”. Though he was technically 2 years old by the time he was found, he was only given a safe home 8 months after the Tragedy ended.

Tsumugi Shirogane - Toko x Sayaka (One Night Stand)

Sayaka, during most of this, was lonely and unsure of what to do in life and Toko was struggling with being an intern. So she and Toko had a one night, no strings attached relationship which ended with Sayaka pregnant. Sayaka let Toko have full custody after UDG happened and Miu was secured. Tsumugi was born 9 months after the Tragedy ended, conceived at the very start of it before they got their footing. She is mostly raised by Toko and Komaru with Sayaka visiting on occasion. They have no hard feelings however, even if Toko says they do.

Angie Yonaga - Sonia x Aoi (Sane)

When Sonia got out of the NWP, she was instantly hit with every single one of her sins. Because of this, she repeatedly tries to kill herself shortly after she returns to the real world, thankfully, Aoi helps her out and prevents her suicide, on the basis she has a child to take care of, and killing herself was avoiding her sins instead of confronting them. As the months progressed and she (alongside the rest of her class) went to therapy, she slowly grew closer with Hina, eventually having a child on the 1 year anniversary of the Tragedy’s end. This child is Angie, and is the youngest.

Kokichi "Ouma" Kirigiri - Kyoko x Celestia (Adopted)

After the anniversary of the Tragedy, when the world is beginning to rebuild, Kyoko and Celeste find a young boy with purple hair, a child who can perfectly pass as their own! Kyoko and Celestia were unable to have children on their own due to them being both infertile because of encounters with the remnants and were wanting to settle down. So they gave him a home and tried their best to raise him.

He is technically also 2 but he was given a home a week after the anniversary of the Tragedy’s end.

Okay so there's two ways to do this.

ANTAGONIST CHIAKI

Antagonist doesn't mean evil, it mean it's opposed to the protagonist. An antagonist Chiaki would be yandere but not really since is her entire class she is after. Her logic would be that if the just gave her control and if they just obey her, the can't fall into despair. This would be happening around the same time class 77-B starts to fall into despair, unaware she is also being affected by this, Chiaki starts to get overly protective of the class and starts to do anything to keep them happy and save. This quickly devolves into kidnaping everyone and keeping them in her house for "protection". Class 77, who is spiraling but not gone yet, would not understand Chiaki and try to escape, unaware that doing that only makes Chiaki more paranoid and obsessed with saving them ("They cannot save themselfs so I must do it for them at any cost."). This eventually results in her trying to kill Junko. Izuru, the protagonist, has to both subdue Chiaki and "save" class 77 from her. This results in Chiaki nearly dying and Class 77 finally falling into despair. The only actual change this has to the timeline would be that, in the Neo World Program, she is more aggressive and protective of everyone (and is a human ofc), which could potentially lead her to kill Nagito ("He is hurting everyone and making them fall into despair, I cannot allow that"). As for antagonist Chiaki AI, well read the Manga.

ACTUAL VILLAIN CHIAKI

The other way is to make her Ultimate Despair. Imagine Junko but she makes shitty videogame references constantly. Oh and because of the butterfly effect, Makoto or Junko are dead, (depending on which becomes the 78 class president in this timeline, probably Junko) class 78 becomes remnants, the killing game is in class 77-B, Hajime has a talent now (ultimate debate), and later becomes and actual ultimate hope, and Makoto is experimented on if he isn't dead. If he is, either Komaru or Natsumi becomes Izuru. Oh and Sato is "Chiaki" in the killing game because why not.

Fun Fact: Originally I was going to make a post about every girl becoming an inflation fetish stuff (like they look more ball than human, not their belly, the tits and ass are so big they look like a ball), every boy getting absorbed into Makoto, whose free will is replaced with Anon, and the protagonists were going to be K1-B0 (robot is not a human so he didn't get absorbed), Miu (the way the inflation stuff works it tells the program to "over sexualize everyone" and then alters the Execution so it doesn't work proportionally (People like Akane and Junko barely change, while people like Mukuro and Mahiru change a lot. Instead of this happening, they just inflate. Also boys were supposed to be affected too by the program.)), and Soda (Teruteru got shattered across time and space, so he took Soda before he got absorbed and sent him to possesses partially Miu's body.), and the adventure would be concocting a plan to make Makoto realize that he is supposed to be a person near Mukuro, so they both turn to normal (creates a domino effect that turns everyone back and prevents Makoto from being erased from existence.). Oh and because of a confusion in the code Junko looses her tits and Mukuro gains them (Mukuro now has a 90cm chest while Junko has an 80cm one). I didn't make the post since I was afraid it would get taken down. Also this story is a Miu/K1-B0/Kazuichi ship story, not a Naekusaba one, that was kinda of a post story thing that I added because fuck JUNKKKO ENOSHITMA. PS: The inflation stuff is based on the fact that half of all R-18 stuff in Pixiv is for some reason ball shaped abominations that are "hot" and "sexy". How? No fucking clue. Also don't ask why I was on Pixiv that's personal stuff (I wanted something Naekusaba related, got shitty incest stuff (both Hope-cest and Despair-cest) instead. Never Again.)

An old woman enters the room of said Miu. She opens the window and leaves downstairs, not before trying to get Miu to get up some more. "It is a wonderful day young woman, you shouldn't waste it on your bed." Once she leaves Miu wakes up. Soda promptly observes their room.

I mean your room is similar to mine but I don't think that's good enough for possession by some random guy." Miu, who couldn't move on her own, looked at her bare room filled with empty space, and realized something. The fucking book tricked her and she might have changed nothing. [...Do you ever think that if you disappeared, no one would care?]. "...yeah, who would care for some one like-" [Me]. They both looked into a mirror. Both of their eyes where red, and in a moment of clarity, the heart and body realize something important.

Some thing I would like to change is a different reason for Soda's acceptance of the vessel, and Miu's introduction. But I lost steam after a while. If you wish you can write a fic using this concept! You can also drop ideas and maybe il'l consider expanding this. No promises however.

Like imagine that after K1B0 revealed that Kokichi, Himiko and Tenko had a threesome in the latter's room (all three half entered the love hotel and then immediately left causing the fantasy effects to happen outside of it) while the don't remember anything, so Rantaro and Tsumigi (Co-Masterminds that are about to get fired because they technically showed on the most popular show on earth child porn. Both having immediate mental breakdowns because of Monokuma not shutting down the camera's) alter Miu's brain to make her believe she is Miu Maizono the Ultimate Pop Inventor Sensation and acts like a slightly more horny (but leagues less so than her base horniness) Sayaka and sees K1B0 as Makoto (she has a crush on him).

Elaboration on the Tenko/Kokichi/Himiko stuff:

So you know how the love hotel plays out your partners ideal fantasy? All three entered the building but left before the process was finished so they don't remember shit. Ideal fantasy results in sex because they are horny teenagers and the concept of all three of them being in a relationship is incredibly interesting to me. The gas that makes them think it's their ideal fantasy (at least I think is a gas) remained so the got freaky and don't remember because the gas automatically erased their memories. Their dynamic is either Kokichi and Tenko becoming Yandares for Himiko and accidentally falling in love or just conflicting emotions between everything that's happening and the motive.
