Before anyone asks, my NQT was on 1st April, and my interview (Noida) was on 21st April. I received the BGV mail on 5th May

Everything I wear gets sweaty, and then I end up with sweat rings. There’s sweat everywhere- my back, armpits, thighs, ass, abs. Office kese jau!!!!!

I’m asking because I want to give my notice as soon as possible

Also, they are also asking me to submit my Experience Letter/Relieving Letter/and Resignation Acceptance Letter from HR. However, I haven’t resigned yet and am not currently on my notice period. What should I do?

I'm balding, I have thyroid, I have haemorrhoids, I have terrible eye sight, I probably have fatty liver as well, high cholesterol, high BP, gynocomestia.

Eating healthy and gym/working out, or yoga helps a bit (but not too much)

And I've been living in Delhi all my life, so maybe lungs ke bhi lage padhe honge idk.......

F*cked up mental health too btw.....
