Is Toto US customer service complete shit or am I doing something wrong?
May 15 I called in to CS regarding my S550E that stopped spraying. Agent sent me an email to open a case for repair. I responded the next day…silence. Send a follow-up email 5/21 and no response.
A coupon days later I forward the email chain to the general customer service email box…still no response. Other than an auto responder stating their goal is to respond within 24h.
What the fuck? $1k to clean my ass and I can’t even pay to get this thing fixed after only 4 years?
