What multiplayer games are you guys playing on your couch rig?

I usually play competitive games (Siege, League, Overwatch, chess, etc) or casual FPS like Battlefield on my desktop PC.

I'm struggling to find multiplayer games that are fun to play with a controller on the couch. Overwatch would be perfect but it doesn't have controller only matchmaking (Steam controller with gyro would maybe be a good try). Fortnite, BF6, CoD, GTAO, and RDO all don't work on Linux.

I've played a little FH6 but feel like the actual multiplayer isn't that fun unless you're queued with people.

I was thinking about The Finals. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Really just want something fun, casual, that has voice chat. I've read Insurgency Sandstorm is pretty good, but I think it's dying and don't really want to dive in this late.

Appreciate any recommendations!

T200 1 hour fast?

So the other day I travelled from Indiana to Illinois and pulled out the crown 1 click to change the time zone, which worked great, then when I got back to Indiana I changed the time zone again. Where I am in Indiana it's -5 UTC standard time and -4 UTC during DST.

When I woke up in the morning my watch was running 1 hour behind.

As you can see from my photo, time change is set to AT and time zone is set to -5. I can only get the time to actually work properly if I manually turn on DST.

I do not use Bluetooth, only automatic radio.

Any advice on how to fix this?

People keep telling me my mic is making them echo in game - I DONT HAVE A MIC

Hello all, new Bazzite user here. This is a weird one, but in games with voice chat, people are hearing themselves being echoed through my mic.

The only problem is I don't even have a mic. Bazzite is my couch rig, there are no microphones or headphones attached. Audio is being output to a set of Edifier R1700BT speakers using Steam's Bluetooth feature.

Steam does not recognize any mic within settings.

I have the following peripherals plugged in: Logitech G502 wireless mouse, Red Dragon Crescent Pro membrane keyboard, 8Bitdo Ultimate 2 controller dock (controller itself is wireless).

I have actually reinstalled the OS and this is happening on both instances. This is also happening with two different motherboards.

Computer plugged into my TV via HDMI.

Specs are as follows: Ryzen 5 5600, 6700XT GPU, B550M-VC mobo, 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz Ram (I know I know, I have 16GB 3600Mhz ready to be installed), 1 TB HDD (I know, new SSD will be here Friday).

Games this has occured in where people have complained: Mecha Chameleon, and Sledding Game (these are the only multiplayer games I have tried).

What microphone input the games list: Pulse Audio Input.

My theory is my output audio stream is being cloned into the input Stream somehow but I'm not sure why. That's my best guess anyway.

I want to sell my Steam Deck and get a mini PC, looking for suggestions

So I got a Steam deck about a year or so ago for basically "free". I sold all my CS skins that I had been holding since high school and paid like $70 out of pocket.

Unfortunately it's just not powerful enough to game on my 4k TV. I run everything at 720p and upscale it but it's just not as powerful as I want it to be.

Obviously the screen, joysticks, buttons, etc all cost money and go into the total cost of the Deck, so I was thinking of selling it and thinking that I'd be able to use that money and maybe like $100-150 more to get something that's quite a bit more beefy. Something that can handle PS4 + Xbox One (generation wise not emulation wise) games at 60 FPS maybe?

Some games I want to play at minimum decent graphics, 1080p, 45 FPS: RDR2, Horizon 6, Elden Ring, Battlefield 6 (idk I'll probably install Linux so maybe not BF).

I also plan to use it for emulation, but probably nothing crazy. My favorite game of all time is the 1985 SMB game and I really like the original God of War trilogy.

Do you guys have any suggestions as to what I should consider?

I really just want to use it as a console.

Should I install Batocera or RetroPie on Pi 4

I've used RetroPie many times over the years but I went to flash it today and saw it hasn't been updated since 2022. I'm sure it still works just fine, but before I go through the process of installing it, I wanted to see if it still worth using or if I should consider something else?

Also, I may get a mini PC game for emulation in the future. Open to suggestions if anyone has any, but for now I'll be using the Pi.

When clicking upload/attach on ANY program, the file explorer opens and hangs for 30-45 seconds

I have been having this issue for a month or two now. I am on Windows 11, it's a gaming PC. 5070 TI, 16 GB DDR4 3600Mhz, Ryzen 7 5800XT, Windows install is probably 6 months old, 2 TB Sata SSD.

When I attempt to attach a file to an email, or upload a PDF or anything like that to any website, the file explorer opens and hangs for about 30-45 seconds, before displaying the list of files.

One day it just started occurring and never went away. The rest of my PC works perfectly fine, gaming and everything is all good, but anytime I need to attach a file to something, this occurs. Trying to simply open file explorer and browse around works as expected, this occurs only when attempting to attach/upload a file, and it doesn't matter what app I'm trying to upload to.

I use this computer for work, and this costs me a lot of time and interrupts my flow state. Any advice on how to resolve the issue would be greatly appreciated.

The only trouble shooting I have attempted is using the Disk Cleanup tool.

Appreciate any troubleshooting tips or possible solutions. Thanks in advance.

New (to me) camera day! Lumix DMC-ZS100

Seller had this up on eBay for $500, I offered $430, seller countered with $450, and I bought it. Thrilled to finally have a point and shoot pocket camera. Been wanting one for years.

I put some skateboard grip tape on the front and back since there really is no grip at all by default.

Lots of dust trapped inside the lens, but hoping to get it removed somehow (idk how yet). Slight scratches on the LCD screen, but nothing major. I put a screen protector on it and you can't tell anymore.

Will be sharing shots when I have some time to use it!

Was really debating getting a LX100, it was cheaper, but I thought it would be too big. I already have a Sony A6300.

Also thought about the new ZS99 but it has a smaller sensor and no EVF. Seems like modern day point and shoots have regressed. Smart phones I guess :/

Hoping this lasts a few years!

What happens when someone returna a broken item with a different serial number?

Just wondering what would happen if someone decided to buy something from Best Buy and then let's say like a year later that thing stops working, so they buy the same item again, and then 2 weeks later try to return the broken item, passing it off as the new item. Then let's say the refund is denied in store and they tell you the serial numbers don't match, but it does match that person's purchase history from the item they bought one year ago so they send them on their way.

Would that interaction go on that person's record? Would the police be notified?

This is all completely hypothetical of course, purely curiosity.
