I used to be friends with this person back in 2021. He was super chill and easy to talk to. When I started college, we stopped talking because I got busy and didn’t really have much time to chat with my friends online.
Fast forward to 2025, he reached out to me again, and we caught up. He was still super chill and easy to talk to. Somewhere along those conversations, we confessed that we had liked each other back then, so we kind of got into a situationship for a couple of weeks. Eventually, he told me he was confused and unsure about what he felt. We mutually decided to end our "thing" and remain friends.
I know I’m not entitled to his time, but after we ended the situationship, we never really had a decent conversation again. He would leave my messages on delivered and reply a week later, if at all. Eventually, I stopped being blinded by nostalgia and decided to cut him off, even though I genuinely appreciated our friendship.
