has anyone checked their body temperature when going to the bathroom in the middle of the night this was at 5 AM!! and then I slept for another 1 or 2 hours and checked again and it changed my body temperature drastically so which would you base it off of so weird…
I swear it thinks I ovulate two days later than I actually do…
I had EXTREME EWCM (like mucus plug) & felt my self ovulate on cycle day 14.. but it thinks i’m ovulating today and i’ve been dried up ever since
any input or idea why?
this EWCM was endless for about 3 hours it was like a mucus plug and I could feel my self ovulating on one side… I was like what is going on and then after everything came out i didnt have any more mucus or discharge once this stopped or the next few days

Oura says I ovulated 7/15 and NC says 7/16 idk which to believe but should prepare my self for my period or how do my charts look? First oura ring ever.
