Not counting racing bulls which team do you think will be the first to use a RedBull engine? So far it has appeared to be a strong engine and reliable. I think Aston Martin is the obvious choice but would love to see and Alpine or Williams use one as well.
Just started my first Ferment. Going for a Sriracha type sauce but spicier. 3 aloha bell peppers, 2 apocalypse scorpion peppers (grown myself), 10 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp sea salt, 1/2 cup of water.
Mixed in food processor and put in clean jar. Fermentation weight put on top and lid with a nipple. Really excited and nervous as I have never fermented anything before. Plan to Ferment for 7 days then then simmer in sauce pan and add vinegar as per the recipe I'm following.
I have read some articles saying to stir daily, is that necessary? Should it be good to leave for 7 days? Should I check daily? Is that enough salt for the mash?
My first apocalypse scorpion pepper is starting to ripen! I'm so excited. Yesterday it had barely any color and this morning it's mostly orange. A few more days and it should be ready
So these peppers that I wasn't sure about finally ripened to a bright yellow. First and only one to ripen so far
These are supposed to be jalapenos but I'm having my doubts
First time growing any superhots. Excited to try these when they ripen
First picture is my so far one and only apocalypse scorpion growing and this is what my jalapenos look like. Planted right next to each other. Probably 20-30 peppers on the jalapeno
I just find or funny they appear to be the people who don't like this country and constantly and change it
Bought three pepper plants from a local nursery. Hot banana peppers, jalapeno, and apocalypse scorpion. The banana pepper has so far grown one pepper about 6 inches long yellow in color.
I picked it as someone recommended picking the first pepper or two early so the plant grows better. Took two bites and it is hotter than 90% of sauces I have had. Hotter than Tabasco scorpion just under the level of garlic reaper.
I know fresh peppers hit different but was not expecting that level of heat from a hot banana pepper. I am terrified to try a scorpion when it finally fruits
At 6 1/2 months my afghan hound is 26 inches at the shoulder and 57 lbs. We were told from the get go he would be big I just want to make sure he isn't overweight. I can feel his hips and ribs, he gets long walks and play time in our back yard every day. He is still teething pretty bad so he may get an extra chew treat or two a day to help with that.
Just curious what anyone who knows the breed or sees from the picture what they think
Picked it up at a goodwill for $17 I'm really enjoying it.
