Are my snake bites embedding or just nesting?

My piercing isn't swollen or painful, but this doesn't look very clear? There's not a lot of it, and it becomes crust afterwards.

Do these look infected? I've been keeping them clean with non-alcoholic mouthwash and saline, but they're red. They move around a lot since the swelling on my lip has gone down.

I got them done on May 1st, but had to get them switched to longer bars on the third because of swelling
