I just got a M4 for my dad since he has been using a 2010 MacBook pro. He has a Mac keyboard that he uses regularly for years, he used it on the M4 for one day and a half and suddenly it just doesn't receive power when it's plugged into the M4 anymore, it still works fine on the 2010. I plug in a new keyboard it works just fine, I plug the old keyboard back, it doesn't work on the M4. I can't see it through the terminal or the system report.

I use a USB hub on m4 for both keyboards. Tried unplugging everything off the hub and just having the keyboard too, it just doesn't work.

According to him it happened after he took off his cabled mouse and connected in his blutooth one.
