I need help if it's available? . I am currently in a nursing home that is very bad that is stripped me of my payments every month and how they managed to do that is beyond me I'm going to need help finding a social worker who also knows a lawyer because

I Want A get my money back into my control

and B to get transferred to another facility

I don't trust the social workers here and all they don't have my best interest at heart they have their own I need a lawyer and a social worker that'll work for me and not this nursing home that I'm in which is just shy of prison at this point .

any help would be greatly appreciative and I will single-handedly work to get you compensated or all the advice that leads to a decision it's not like me to ask for help but I'm swallowing a lot of pride here because I don't know what to do from here.
