Cactus help

First photo is how it used to look like. Rest are from now.

She had a really bad mealybugs infestation. Her top was completely white and some of the bugs were the size of a nail. I feel really stupid cause I thought the white part was her natural look and didn't look too much. I've been told to use isopropyl alcohol but I couldn't find any in my city. I didn't want to wait for internet delivery so I used cologne. It worked and killed the bugs but now nearly a month later she's slowly dying. I lost another cactus (same story except the bugs somehow dug a hole in her so she was worse.) so I panicked a bit. I thought maybe the cologne was still on her skin (the dead one was still smelled cologne) so I washed her completely two days ago. Is it too late?

I'm so happy

The first two are from Monday. The other three is from today.

I've dealt with thrips, mealybugs and spidermites infestations in the past month. But this angel is making me think that all of that is worth it. She opens her flower at morning and closes it at afternoon. For six days now. She's so cute and pretty and makes me so happy.

Arecea and parlor palm help

There was spider mite infestation in my plants so I used alcohol and neem oil to kill them. I think it helped but I might have gone too much. My palms have drooping leaves and some of the leaves and the stems are yellowing. I cut the yellow stems. They both also have a lot of new stem beginnings. Is this just a chemical reaction? Should I worry or just leave them be? They aren't dying right???

It's indoors in a room that has a big southeast looking window. I water her generally once a week when top of her soil is dry.

Calathea help

My first post:

https://www.reddit.com/r/houseplants/s/xLkXQtqXV4

Basically I had white spots which are spider mite damages.

İ nearly eradicated the white spots. I'm pretty sure some of the spider mites are still alive but I think I managed to kill most of them. But I might have gone overboard. I used neem oil and alcohol. While they really helped I might have used too much. My other four plants (kreton, anthorium, parlor palm, areca palm) are ok but my two calatheas are really struggling. Is there anything I can do to save them? I know they have rhizomes so even if they lost all of their leaves they might push new leaves right? Should I just leave them alone for a while?

Temperature and light

İt's nearly 30 degrees and I think she got affected by it. I put her to a cooler room but now she's getting less light there. İn the previous room she was also under a growth light. Her soil was dry so I gave her a good soak. What should I do? Put her in her previous place? Or should I put her here in the day and put her under the growth light at night?

Peacock plant help

When I first saw the white spots in the leaves I thought they were infested. I'm fighting against thrips, mealybugs and spider mites for a month now and I thought somehow they spread to them so I panicked and overreacted. To my defence I'm pretty certain I saw a bug but just one. Yesterday when I first saw them I sprayed their leaves with alcohol after six hours when the white dots appeared again I sprayed them with neem oil then today I rub alcohol to the new white spots but then I looked it up and it was saying that it might be guttation. The white dots were also sticky and a bit wet so I think that's what it was. The white dots keep appearing too after I rub them with alcohol.

Now I feel terrible for harming them. Their leaves are drooping and curling. Please tell me it's just stress and I didn't kill them. I know they are called drama queens but they never made a problem for me and made lots of new leaves since I bought them.

Should I do anything? Or just leave them alone so they can recover?

Bop orange/brown dots

This leaf always had a bit of these dots but for the last 2 weeks their numbers are growing. Her new leaf doesn't have them. Her oldest leaf has dots too but they are small and much less. (Last photo) I looked and couldn't see pests but they can be hard to see.

Yellowing and browning leaves

They're having some growth but constantly losing leaves. They are constantly yellowing and have black spots on them like the last photo. My mom waters them once a week so I think it might be over watering. Also what are the light requirements? I read that they like the sun but when I put them in front of my southeast looking window they didn't like it much. So I took them away.

Euphorbia milii flower stalks drooping

I bought this two days ago and today her flower stalks were drooping. I didn't water it because her soil was already moist. I put her under my growth light. She also gets sunlight from my southeast looking window. She's also rootbound. I wanted her to get used to her place before repotting. I killed one before (not enough light I've been told) so I might be a bit too paranoid and it might be nothing but I just wanted to be sure

Euphorbia milii light advice

I killed my euphorbia milii before and when I asked here people told me it's because it was not getting enough light. Well I wanted to try again so I bought another one today. First one was in front of a large southeast looking window but there was a curtain between them. Now there's no more curtain and I will also give her at least 6 hours of growth light (50 watt, 6400K, 5000 lumen) please tell me it'll be enough. İt's enough for my cactuses.

Leaves curling

I saw people saying that they want a lot of light so I put her in front of my southeast looking window. She was also getting light from a grow light. But then her leaves started to curl. I thought maybe she's getting used to it but weeks passed and nothing changed so I put her further away but her leaves are still curled. Her curled leaves are also feel less solid than her other leaves. I bought her 2.5 months ago and she suddenly made two new leaves and stopped growing. I saw here that it might be a watering problem. I water her generally once a week.

Monkey tail help

I know it's not in the best shape but it was like this when I bought it. Her tips were green so I thought her new growth could make her beautiful again. But now one of the tips started to become yellow (last pic) I don't think it's rot it doesn't feel like it . İs her lower body alive I thought it was just corking because of the bad conditions in the store but I'm not sure now. I really liked this cactus and I want her to be healthy and grow

Kalanchoe thrips help

My Kalanchoe had thrips (first picture) I washed her completely. Now what? I think I saw 5-6 of them. How much should I be worried? There wasn't anything else near her so I don't think it will spread (fingers crossed)

Pothos help

Leaves are crispy and dry. Is she dying? (Sorry not a pothos. It's an ivy. We use the same word for both of them in my language. That's why I was confused

u/Infamous_Land3408 — 26 days ago

Should I cut

One of the branches of my kalanchoe rotted all of a sudden so I cut it as much as possible. But now the dark part is slowly growing. I'm not sure what to do. I fear If I cut it it'll give her too much stress and she'll be left with too little leaves. (The first photo is a week ago. The second one is from yesterday and the last three photos are from today.) Its in front of a southeast looking window and getting indirect light all morning till noon. The pot has drainage holes. I generally water it between once a week or twice a month. I look her soil first.

Reuploaded my post because of the bad photos

My pictures were pretty bad so I reuploaded. I bought these two mammillaries. I'm asking if their bases are healthy. They look a bit dried but they are not mushy. Only a bit soft and elastic. Is this normal corking? One of them is flowering.

Help with propagation

She's been in this pot for 3-4 months now. She successfully rooted 2 months ago but then nothing. She's slowly getting more yellow. Shouldn't it be supposed to grow a new plant? Her mother plant died so I really want her to succeed but she's refusing. It's a kalanchoe blossfeldine.

u/Infamous_Land3408 — 1 month ago

Is this normal?

I repotted them 4-5 months ago. Their previous pots were 1-1,5 litres big and their new ones are 3,5 big. But yesterday I looked at their drainage holes to be sure they were open and saw these roots. Is it normal for them to grow their roots so fast? (They are Madagascar palms.)
