Back up and running! So after my printer going haywire, elegoo sent me out all new parts, rods, bearings, hot end, build plate, and more! I took tye whole printer apart and replaced the damaged parts and its printing like new!!! Currently working on a star wars pit droid from droid division!

Full recomp and calorie deficit!

43 years old, was diagnosed with blood cancer at 35, i was a bodybuilder in my 20s and early 30s so after diagnosis i stopped everything and just let myself go! I was always a drug free lifter! I went on a slow calorie deficit from 2900 to 2000 calories a day over the course of 7 months, i am keeping my lifting light with 14 - 16 rep range and some to failure, went from 120kg to about 105, but was all fat loss, happy to stay in maintenence now for a while, but will go below 100kg eventually!

In the last video i posted i had a problem with my z axis, the hot end destroyed my build plate and bent itself in the process, the whole rear rod was loose, so elegoo were no help, they basically said i just needed to tighten some stuff, anyway i found tge problem! 150 hours on this printer!

So my printer just broke! The hot end completely dug itself into the build plate and scratched it right up! The print head is completely bent now and this rail is broke??? Anyone see this happen before?

Now and then!

After been diagnosed with blood cancer at 35 I dropped training for a few years, but Im well back on track now! Been lifting naturally my whole adult life!
