2010 f150 4.6l 2wd
Okay so I think I’ve tracked the oil leak around the starter, to the location in the video (around where the block connects to the bell housing I believe). Does this show a head or rear mail/other seal?

2010 F-150 XL 4.6L 2V (2WD) – Oil leak near starter/passenger side, only leaks after driving. Need help diagnosing!
Need some help figuring out this oil leak before I start throwing parts at it.
Truck is a 2010 F-150 XL, 4.6L 2V, 2WD, 140k miles.
Backstory:
I got an oil change less than 1,000 miles ago and noticed a puddle of oil under the truck the next morning at work. Took it back to the shop and they said I was already about 1 quart low, checked everything, and said the drain plug and filter were tight and not leaking.
I drove it back to work, came back outside later, and there was another puddle, so I parked it at home and started investigating myself.
What I’ve checked:
If the truck just sits, it does not leak
I let it idle for 20+ minutes and got it fully up to temp — no leak
Leak only seems to happen after driving
Pulled the wheel well liner and checked around the passenger valve cover — doesn’t seem to be coming from there
Checked around the head gasket area by hand and didn’t find obvious signs
Pulled the bellhousing inspection plate and inside was mostly dry initially
Recently checked again and now there’s oil collecting at the flex plate; when I wipe it and move the flex plate by hand, more oil seems to appear
There’s also oil collecting around/above the starter on the passenger side, below the valve cover
Symptoms:
No coolant loss
No smoke
No milky oil
No overheating
No other obvious head gasket symptoms
What I’m wondering:
Could this be:
Rear main seal?
Oil pan gasket?
Valve cover gasket leaking and running down?
Something else near the back of the passenger-side head/block?
Please tell me it’s not a head gasket…
I’ve attached pictures showing the oil path and puddle. The fact that it only leaks after driving is throwing me off.
Anyone seen this on a 4.6L before? Appreciate any help.

This is all fresh oil after a clean up and 5 mile drive. Oil leak from around the starter. I have pulled wheel well and don’t think it’s the valve cover on that side or even the head gasket. Pulled inspection plate and bell housing is clean inside. Help!!!!
Oil leak back story: 2010 xl 4.6l 2wd
Got my oil changed and noticed the next morning at work there was a puddle of oil under the truck. Drove it back to where I got the oil change and they said I was a quart low and everything was tight and I went under the bay to see. Went back to work, came back out and another puddle. So I took it home and parked it.
If the truck is not driving, no oil leak. I have cleaned it and checked everything, pulled bell housing plate, it was dry, dry around valve cover by hand inspection.
I let it idle for 20 minutes and no oil leak last night but then I drove it around the block and now oil leak. Pretty decent too. Here is where I think it’s coming from: right above the starter but below the valve cover on the passenger side.
Please tell me it’s not the head gasket, as I don’t have any other head gasket symptoms!!!
Pictures to show path and puddle this morning
