Feels unhealthy after losing weight

2 years ago I used to be 90 kgs and before that my weight used to fluctuate from 80, 85 , 90 , 95. Finally I met a proper endocrinologist and treated my hypothyroidism and pcod, got a better diet, started exercising and now I'm 66 kgs . My blood work is all good (I get tested every three months), I exercise regularly (both cardio and strength) , I'm still working on my protein intake but I'm still eating more protein than I did when I was heavier. So why, I wanna ask, why the hell do I feel so much more tired and weak?? I feel like I was more energised and strong when I was 90kgs and now a backpack on my shoulders on a little hike almost kills me. Is it because I'm ageing? But how can one age so much in 2 years lol

Hotel recommendations

Can someone here suggest a good and clean hotel that they can vouch for is actually clean? Preferably near mahakaleshwar. We stayed at homestays and dharamshala around the mandir before and they were very dirty so we are going for a hotel this time. Thank you

Pooja during menstruation

My friend is alone at her home and her family is away for 3-4 days. They do bhog and pooja at her house 2 times a day but she just got her period. There's no one else who can do pooja. I just said these are unique situations and she should just bath and do pooja but she's thinking of just leaving the mandir alone for 4 days with no bhog and diya but like wouldn't that be bad too? I'm a female too and I personally don't care about periods to do pooja and stuff but she's like a kattar follower of such things. I'm a practicing hindu too and I'd like to be more educated on this as well, that menstruation is so bad it's better to leave the mandir alone without cleaning and feeding then doing pooja during that time?

Edit : thanks guys I got a lot of insight today. Good discussion!

Edit 2 : I just wanted to have a peaceful discussion about stuff related to my religion but there are people who'll still find a way to be nasty and just kill the flow 😭 might just delete this post later

Salad days sandwiches any good?

Is the noida one good? I ate pasta salad from it in Delhi and it was ok ok (the pink bread with it was delicious) but their sandwiches look too good and I wanted one for breakfast. But it's expensive as well so I wanted to get some genuine reviews before ordering 🙌🏽

How good or bad is besan (chickpea flour) for dogs?

I gave the tiniest bite of the dhokla I was eating to my doggie and she ate it. So I made a version where I just mixed besan and dahi with no seasoning and no tempering, steamed it and gave it to my dog to test and she ate it crazy fast. Is besan ok for dogs?

Yatharth hospital sector 110

I got a small cut which was a little deep. My parents kept asking me to get a tetnus again and again but I thought it was a pretty small cut from my kitchen knife so who cares. Today there's a little bit of pus discharge so my dumbass finally wants to see a doctor or at least just get a tetnus shot. Can someone who's familiar with this hospital guide me as to how to proceed? Idk any doctors here like do I go and ask for a general physician? Call ahead and get an appointment?

Delivery driver started crying about loss?

Hey so I ordered something from Swiggy. The restaurant is 20 minutes away (I know very close) but pair mein lagi hai mere. And I paid online like always and this guy who comes to give me my order (which was 1 hour late) and started talking to me about why I paid online, I should've paid offline. That what I did resulted in him in a loss?? Ye kabse Aisa scene? Is this like a new thing like uber rapido or was he just new and didn't know how shit worked?

Cousins children destroyed our house 🫪

Pata hai aaj kya hua I'm not at home but while my parents are there , my cousin's wife (bhabhi) came with her children and her own bhabhi and her child , two adults two children's. Bhai the way they destroyed the two rooms they acquired . Pulled the bedding out, threw the bedside things on the floor. Took out things from the dresser and threw them around. There was also a small fridge there and they broke the freezer compartment door. All this while both the kids mother were present there but they were either just laughing or lounging in the balcony. I was a menace of a child as well but damn my mother always kept in check at other people's house 😭do parents nowadays don't parent their children at all ?? Like koi rokta nahi kya bacchon ko kand karne se??

Hocco leemo review

It's good , better than aamchi in fact, you can try it once. (Yes I know artificial flavouring palm oil etc etc) This is probably the last time I'm gonna eat this because 100 for a single ice cream is too much😭

Suggest a haircut? Hair type 2c, low porosity,

I have like longer than shoulder length hair , it's wavy curly and I'm going to get a huge chop , a length where I can still tie a tiny pony. My hair looks pretty when styled but I literally style it like once a month, 95% of time it's in a plait , I don't like opening my hair and it's hot as hell. Please suggest a hair cut style where my hair won't look completely chopped . I kinda want an androgynous vibe

So hot that your hunger just vanished?

I'm a foodie that eats three meals a day plus snacks, I love eating new stuff everyday (before anyone brings up health, I eat in moderation+ exercise, health is all good) but Anyways nowadays it's so hot that I can't even get one meal in and I'm mainly just eating cold sandwich and cold milk. I feel like I'm gonna starve but can't bring myself to eat proper meals☠️ is this anyone else's problem as well?

Over 11 km delivery too much ?

Will me ordering from a restaurant that's over 11 km away be too much or is it like normal? Also I just shifted to Lucknow so I'm not sure about the driver's being willing to go this far here? Cause in Delhi they don't mind
