I’ve got an Apollo 8 and I have what I hope is a simple question about the inputs.

I want to plug my guitar into my UAFX Dream 65 pedal, then plug the pedal into the interface.

Should I be using the Hi-Z inputs, inputs 1-4, or inputs 5-8 for an electric guitar that is running through pedals and a UAFX Dream pedal?

For years I was a bedroom player, songwriter, and I recorded a lot of music for myself and my friends. I loved weird and unusual pedals, cool brands an graphics. Funky features and twists on the classics. So much fun. I had some very cool pedlaboard setups.

Than I got my band together and started playing in rehearsal and on stage weekly.

In the 3 months I've been regularly playing with a band, my board went from 11 pedals, 1 of them being Boss, to 12 pedals, 7 of which are boss. And several of the remaining none-Boss pedals are going to be swapped for Boss very soon.

Something about Boss just works perfectly for a band. I get it now. Anyone else notice something like this?

I still love the boutique stuff, but Boss just gets it done so reliably and right.

Budget: Used, under $1,000 without a lens. Up to $1,350 if it needs a lens (although I would prefer it have a built in lens). I would stretch for the camera.

Condition: Used or new

Type of Camera: Point and shoot and/or mirrorless

Intended use: Photography only. No video ever.

If photography; what style: travel, street, nature

If video what style: No video

What features do you absolutely need: Ideally has a built in flash. If not, it absolutely needs a hot-shoe. Good build quality and ergonomics. Must have decent battery life.

What features would be nice to have: viewfinder, built in flash, all black camera body. If a fixed lens, I prefer 35, 40, or 50mm equivalent.

Portability: Pocketable would be nice, but I would go up to the size of a Fujifilm X100 series

Cameras you're considering: Please list models and why you are considering them.

Ricoh GRII or GRIIIx: love the size, image quality, controls, and the way photos look.

Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark III: my friend gets great photos with hers and it checks a lot of boxes off.

Cameras you already have: What do you like or dislike about them?

I have a lot, but none are small.

• Canon 5D and 6D- I love Canon DSLRs. Amazing photos and controls.

• Sony A7S. I don't like it at all.

• 10-20 film cameras. Love them all.

Notes: I don't always want to have to develop film, so something small and fun is what I am after!

Editing my post to say that the Yankees announced that it’s a right rib stress fracture and he’ll miss 4-6 weeks.

I've (unfortunately) been on twitter and per people who have been in Mexico City, they're saying:

• "sounds like the hardcore rebellious child of ‘The Fly’."

• "you can clearly hear the word SILENCE 🤫 and it's obvious that the song is 100% rock"

U2’s two EPs lined up with important dates in Catholicism.

I just realized that in Catholicism, “The Ascension of the Lord” will be on Sunday, May 17th. Some places observe it on Thursday, May 14th.

They’re filming a video today. In a very Catholic city.

3rd EP, or an album, related to “ascent”, coming between Thursday and Sunday?

I saw the trash collectors today and it made me wonder. How much of the region's recycling actually gets recycled? Does most end up in the landfill? I recycle more than I throw away but I don't know if it matters.
