I picked the highest rated in every single pack, even if it was a duplicate and there was a lower rated non-dupe.
Over this whole promo I didn't get a single card above 95. And even those are rare (and got Courtois, which is a waste without 4th PS+ goalkeeper-specific).
I think I'm just black-listed by EA.
I know you know that already, but don't buy packs, not with money.
Decided to treat myself with a 600k pack.
The main set of players had Putellas (91) and Mendes Rodrigues GH (92) and a bunch of 88-
The 94+ GH pick had Bounou (94), Okafor (95), Rashford (95), Koulibaly (95) (3 of them being like the only 3 I packed since the beginning of the promo)
The 95+ GH pick had Quinones (95), Okafor (95), Koulibaly (95), Ruiz (95) (yep, all 95).
Don't get me wrong, I knew I would get shafted, I'm not complaining (I can allow it, it won't haunt me). It's just a reminder to not do the same, especially if money isn't flowing your way. Thought it was my only chance to pack a high-end card of any promo 🤣 if even by dropping 35€ I can't, then I never will

Got Courtois and wanted to take advantage of the 4 playstyles system, but I don't have any for GK and didn't find any. The SBC for example gives a choice between PS that aren't GK specific.
Is it possible right now? Or do we have to wait for EA to release some?
Notice how the receiver of the ball (always a wide player) doesn't move and has no interest in the ball. Those 3 clips were between the 105th and 115th minute.
I had that once (well, three times but in one game). It was the exact same. Ball to my wide player, the player doesn't move. And just like in that game, it was in extra-time against Legndary Brazilian feéatured squad.
This never ever happened to me outside of those 2 games. Never. Never in lower difficulty mode, never earlier in a game, never online.
I find it sad that EA resorts to things like that to make the game artificially harder.
Don't get me wrong, on paper it's obviouslly a good team. But nowhere near Brazil and Argentina. Yet they feel so much better to me.
Buffon claims any aerial ball between the goal and the penalty spot. Totti is unreal, his shielding is the best I've ever seen the CPU do (it's like he has 122 strength). His duo with Del Piero is insane. I've never seen a team skill as much as them (and we've had Brazil before). Quadruple stepovers at least 3 times per game.
I don't know, it doesn't feel right. They have players out of position and some 90- players, unlike Brazil who was so stacked.
After playing a World Cup-type mode with Portugal I decided to go for "The Main Event" evolution and use it on Ronaldo because I loved playing with him. He felt powerful, fast, and his shooting was insane. Loved, when 1v1, shooting from outside of the box, and he would launch a dipping missile into the top bin.
I finally did him. I put some more evos before, so he looks pretty solid. But he's just not as good as the one fro the World Cup mode.
First, the thing that really shocked me, he lost his dipping shots. Now it's just the regular straight shots. Those just don't work as well and I can't score longn shots with him anymore.
HIs shooting overall feels not so good, unless you do a low driven, which are very powerful.
And just as a whole he is very disappointing. I'm so gutted I thinking of un-evoing him (don't know if that's possible with that evo). But then what? I liked the Neymar EA gave a reward, but if he is less good with the evo...
Anyway, be ware, I've seen other people being disappointed by this (expensive) evo.
EDIT: ok apparently if you take an evo off a player, you can't use it anymore... this is so dumb

I feel like this problem has been worse these past 2 days. Basically, my CPU teammates constantly mistime (is that a word?!) their runs.
Player A gives the ball to player B. Player C make his run while the ball is traveling to player B. When player B receives the ball, player C is offside. Now, all he does is a backwards run to get back onside.
This happens so much. How do I fix that?
Just noticed that. I didn't collect any objectives of the South America thing. In some groups, I completed (but not collected) 4/6, and the required number to complete the group is 4. Yet I still can't complete the others. I've been doing what is asked in the lacking objectives (long shot with Forlan in WC, assist in 10 games,...) for the past 3 games and it doesn't work.
It used to be different, right? Seems like EA doesn't want us to have some fun

I really wanted to do it, but 2000 tokens for one evo when I could get quite a number of packs/picks with it, I'm more and more hesitating. I wonder if other people think like that too. I definitely would love any of the 97 cards.
I was wondering if anyone did the Legendy objective of the Seleçao group, where you need to not concede a goal against the featured squad, and went 0-0 into penalty shoot-out. Does it work even if you concede a penalty during the shoot-out?
I see this as my only hope honestly.

I noticed in the tab International Tournament some objectives. They give some rewards (some loans, some cards) for winning 1, 2, 3 or scoring/assisting 20 goals. THey say it's in The World's Game, so I assume it's in the new World Cup-like offline tournament. But I played it and it got me no reward.
Is it a bug? Am I missing something? Maybe a minimum difficulty? Or maybe it's not that tournament?

I'm on PS5 playing career mode, and I put commentaries on.
Except today, when I went into the game, I didn't have commentaries anymore. I rebooted the game, I checked all the settings in audio, I should still have the commentaries, but I don't.
That was like that before I installed today's update as well.
Anyone ever got that?!

Still discovering SE V2. I'm only on Mittelwerk Facility, and I waas trying to get rid off some guards patrolling. Killed 1, then a couple patrolling came. Killed them. But then everytime I got into the hallway, some guys were patrolling. So either they infinitely respawn, or there are like 8 guys patrolling that hallway.
Is it a thing?
