TRYX LUCA 70 case slightly modded with some walnut accents featuring the ROG Astral 5080..

After modding about 10 Y70 cases the past 2 weeks, It felt good to do a Y60 to break up the same layout.

HYTE cases really are one of the best cases in the world.

Had to do a Y60 with some ash wood for a customer so I quickly put together a build to show off how good the wood looks on a white case with black ROG components…

Fully hand built chassis in walnut. MSI Carbon MB and accents to mimic the carbon board on the chassis.

Love using the Lian Li SL LCD fans on this project. Connect 3 software makes it so easy to adjust every detail on the RGB colors.

What do you think of this build?

Hand-built walnut chassis. Painted and distressed. Wooden accents laser cut to mimic carbon fiber to match the MSI MPG X870E Carbon Gaming MB. MSI RTX 4070 Ti Trio, Lian Li SL LCD fans.

Collaborating with Aorus.na and HYTE, we put together a custom rig in the HYTE Y70 Snow White case, featuring the new AERO X870E X3D Dark Wood edition MB to match the walnut accents in and out of the case. Also stands out front the Gigabyte Gaming RX 9070 XT 16 GB. Had a blast at the Microcenter showcasing this build and chatting with people about it.

I was finally able to finish this build for a gigabyte brand event at Microcenter here in Ohio and just needed to showcase here on HYTE subreddit.

The AERO board matched all the black walnut accents very well. Hope you guys like it as much as I do.

Been wanting to finish this build for quite awhile now. Finally got around to taking the case out to the shop to fit all the solid pieces of walnut to it around the outside trim where the RGB lights are and on the back panels.

It actually looks better when it’s off tho. The fans are just too much IMO.
