Just a heads up to people that dont know this plant is poisonous and the seeds easily spread, can survive for a long time in harsh conditions. It can be dangerous to anyone but people with astma or allergies will suffer a lot more, it can be fatal to your pets too. If you see this plant you can carefully trim the leafs so you can cover the seeds with a bag and cut down the plant to dispose of it, after cutting it down pour herbicide, salt or vinegar to kill the root or it will sprout again

When financially challenged locals help out foreigners with bad intentions while being promised golden mountains. Anywhere in the world this is a issue but sadly the Philippines is a easy target for foreigners with a swindler attitude to exploit locals in a way they cant in their own country. Hopefully in a few decades these type of things will be no happening.
