Engine coolant is brown

Went to check my coolant today on a 2010 Nissan Pixo. Discovered it looks like this currently. Going to a mechanic for a flush is likely going to be expensive, is this something i can do at home?

Edit: Took it to my local garage and it’s just rust, a few flushes and it’s fine. For context, I’ve driven this car for a month and a half in the UK, it was barely driven for the last few years sitting on my driveway. The times I’d opened the bonnet was just for an oil refill and a headlight bulb change. Was only wondering if it was even worth getting it flushed somewhere else if the cars getting scrapped soon and not worth very much anyway.

Is this the break dust cover?

Update: it was the brake dust cover and came off with no problems and nothing else damaged once we got the tire off to get to it.

Is it something that you can get unstuck and replace with just a car jack and basic home owner tools? It's a 2013 Toyota Prius if that helps and the rear driver side.

2017 error codes

Hey having a problem with 2017 gmc 1500 with a 5.3 going in limp mode.

Currently having the three error codes pop up.

My question is do the air shutters having a problem lead to my p2101 error code or do I have more problems.

First had the u1501 error code and it was running well for 2 weeks and then recently started going into limp mode.

No car repairs in California. What about where you live?

This Toyota Mirai is not a common car around here.

Guys, keep this in mind. If you own a hydrogen-powered vehicle, make sure you have good insurance.

One accident could lead to a very expensive repair, and finding replacement parts for a rare car like this can be a nightmare.

But I have to give this guy credit, that tape is holding up really well. 😂

2018 Toyota Prius V; Right side mirror moves by itself when I start the car.

My 2018 Toyota Prius V has suddenly started doing something strange. Yesterday I noticed the right side mirror was facing the wrong way after the car had been parked for a few hours.

But now I've realised that every time I start the car, the right mirror automatically moves to that position by itself. I've attached a video showing exactly what happens.

I have attached a video for clarification. Has anyone experienced this before or knows what could be causing it? Any thought shared would be highly appreciated 🙏😄

Help! Coolant leak from rear

Like the title. Ive noticed a small leak of coolant from the rear after parking in my garage. My reservoir was bone dry last week and i filled it. Since filling it, the leak is apparent. I took pictures of the leak. How hard of a repair is this. Its coming from above the hoses.

What does this light on my dash mean?

Audi a6c6 2008
Haven’t driven it for a few days, was cleaning my car inside and out. After I put it back in my garage I noticed that this light has popped up. Tried searching for answers but couldn’t really find anything useful :/

Fumoto valve ftw

Best decision was getting one of these things. Just changed my oil in a white t-shirt real quick while kids were brushing their teeth.

Heard people say to put a stopper on to prevent drips so I used what I had on hand.

What do think is wrong with my AC

2008 ford escape hybrid. I had the mechanic replace compressor and recharge system a month ago. (Mechanic explained that likely the leak was at the compressor, but that if there was leak elsewhere in the system since the lines also run back to the hybrid battery in the rear, that's a separate issue/diagnosis)

Worked like a charm for a month. Then quit blowing cold 2 days ago. Haven't had time (or money) to go back to him. You can hear the compressor cycle rapidly, which I don't think is normal but I am not the expert. The fans blow full speed. I took my multimeter and tested every fuse related to AC and have continuity across them. I figured based on those systems then the last thing left was low on refrigerant and maybe leaked out of the system elsewhere. so I bought a recharge can seen here and hooked it up, which seems to indicate it is not the refrigerant. Also why would it hold a charge for a month and then suddenly quit? So much conflicting information. Maybe someone has a good suggestion before I bring it back to mechanic?
