Congratulations to anyone who got accepted into their schools of choice! Any words of wisdom for the next group of people on this subreddit?

I want to apply as a transfer from one year and Im thinking of doing Japan for my first semester and possibly Spain next semester but it depends. If my essay is about Japan, and I maintain a high gpa, how would that influence college admission officers?

I got accepted into LMUs film program but the out net cost is 73k. How is everyone affording LMU? What did you guys do

I'm thinking of studying abroad for one year in another country while taking language courses there for my first year, does that look good on college apps to apply as a transfer if I maintain a 3.7-3.9 gpa? Do admissions officers actually care that you went abroad and does it depend on country?
