In my opinion if we are talking about the best indian street food then we should name Aalo sbji with Pori😋

This is what i ate today somewhere in Hauz khas… this is White sauce mushroom pasta first of all I don’t know what kind of pasta they have used…then the most disgusting thing was they used Parmesan cheese, which smells too bad.

When I visited Kasol for the 1st time, I didn’t find anything special about Kasol….Just another hill station, crowded streets, cafes playing the same old music, & mountains that looked like every other mountain I’d seen. I left thinking, “It’s okay, but overhyped.”

But the second time… something shifted.

Maybe it was the way the first rays of sunrise kissed those snow-capped peaks, turning them into molten gold against a silent blue sky. Or maybe it was standing on that old wooden balcony, cold morning air biting my face, watching the Parvati Valley slowly wake up. The same mountains I had ignored before suddenly felt alive….ancient, wise, and quietly watching over me.

In that moment, Kasol didn’t just show me its beauty. It showed me what I was missing inside.
I felt a strange peace I can’t explain. Like the mountains were gently whispering, “You don’t have to run anymore.” The chaos in my head that I carried all the way from the city slowly melted away with every breeze that passed through the deodar trees. Time slowed down. My breathing became deeper. For the first time in years, I felt… home. Not in a place, but in a feeling
