Need to register with an online teaching company. Which is best if I do not care about renumeration?

Honestly, I don''t care how much they pay, but they have to be legit so that I can get a Thai digital nomad visa. I want to work minimal hours and just be officially registered. What companies are best?

Anybody teaching online to satisfy the requirements of the "workcation" digital nomad visa?

I have taught ESL for years, including online. I want to become affiliated with an online teaching hub who will write some sort of acknowledgement that I am registered with them so that I can put together this digital nomad application. I don't need the money but can work a few hours a week if I have to. Has anyone tried it?

If you don't know could you please not respond? Thanks.

How would you handle this one?

Let's say you answer a call and talk to an irate mother in a middle class suburban neighborhood who says her neighbor, a grown man and homeowner in the community, took her son's banana.

Her seven year-old son was sitting on the stoop in front of her house trying to peel it when her next door neighbor walks by and says, "here, let me help you with that". He grabs the banana and eats it on his porch next door.

She sticks her head out the widnow and asks over the fence why he did that.

"I forgot to get bananas" he answered, "and anyway I am bigger than him"

She gets on the phone and all her friends tell her to call the cops.

How would you handle this one? Would there be an arrest? Summons? Warning?

DTV these days?

I guess I can get one of these, by the looks of it. I am a former teacher, writing something, have enough money. No employment contract handy. What do I need?

Taught everywhere. You name the country, or at least the region, and I have probably taught there. Resume looks great with several very impressive entries.

Currently looking at retiring in Chiang Mai, Thailand, but I am not quite ready to get the retirement visa rolling. Maybe one more contract. Really, all I want is the Thai work visa and an easy (preferably part-time) schedule. I don't need the money. Any ideas? It would be good to stay local, but I can move. Any late career pros out there in a similar spot?

For a Fulbright. Need my diploma quick. I am overseas and no easy address to send hard copy to. Anybody know how to handle this. Communicating with the parchment people at CCNY is not easy.

I have heard from both Hampshire and Sarah Lawrence College applicants.

It seems that Hampshire was handing out huge amounts of financial aid to just about anyone that applied in a desperate attempt to get their enrollment numbers up. It was money that they clearly did not have (i.e., monopoly money).

It was a form of robbing Peter to pay Paul, so to speak, and when they could not get enough loot up, they called everyone back to tell them they folded and the offer was rescinded. This move left all those kids who thought they had fat financial aid packages to a private college with nothing. Pretty sad.

I have also heard from Sarah Lawrence applicants. Some of them applied to both. At least one said that SLC actually offered them more than Hampshire did. Are they robbing Peter to pay Paul? I have talked to about a dozen SLC applicants who have said they cannot afford to go anywhere else because Sarah Lawrence gave them this huge financial aid package. No offense, but these were not the highest GPA applicants.

I think SLC might be handing out monopoly money in a desperate attempt to get their sagging enrollment up. This is exactly what Hampshire tried just before they sank. I am not saying that Sarah Lawrence College is going to close imminently, but I am saying they are behaving in an unhealthy way.
