Why is this sub filled with so many haters of the fruitarian lifestyle? Is there a better forum somewhere?

So few people on here are actual fruitarians and many just seem to want to take potshots at the idea and reenforce their existing thoughts on diet.

Is there a better forum populated by people who are actually walking the walk?

Also many people are raw vegan but also still scoff at all fruit- though that is certainly better than the former category. I'm not impressed at all by the general health of people who follow the 80/10/10 diet or basic raw vegan. Douglas graham looks to have the health of exactly any other 70 y/o who cares about diet and exercise. Many of the raw vegans giving lectures on diet look like aids patients.

Fruitarian is more coherent for many reasons as vegetables are a made up category and many of them harm your body with oxalates etc.

Can't stand Casper Select Hybrid Mattress from coscto - recommendations?

I finally realized my way too soft mattress is the likely culprit for my back pain. Looking for something firmer but not rock hard - bonus from costco bc of the great return policy but open to whatever is the right fit.

Slept on Zinus from amazon which was rock hard also similarly didn't like avocado organic. Temperpedic is great but a bit out of my price range ~$1k

Hate to sound like goldilocks here but just wanted to provide the proper information

Does anyone have any good outdoor tables they can recommend for working on? I have tried two both glass patio tables I really didn't care for. Most 'outdoor' tables seem to be awkwardly higher than how high I'd want a sitting desk as well. Let me know if any of you can recommend a good setup

In the styles of breathwork I've attended so far (wim hof ish), you basically breathe a bunch in and out then hold at the top of the breath then release it all and hold at the bottom to your comfort level...

My question is how deeply do you breathe all the way out at the bottom? Because if I breathe ALL the way out as much as i can so my diaphram is totally compressed... when you relax it fills up a bit more just from the relaxation of the diaphragm isn't that correct?

Also how much should I be consciously relaxing my body during the holds? Like in meditation I aim to relax my body as much as possible and chill and see what comes up... in breathwork it seems like there is a lot more excitement happening in the body.

Let me know your two cents thank you!
