I was thinking a cool alternate idea for a JP Survival game would be that you play as a hunter from TLW that gets separated from the group and assumed dead so is left behind during the evacuation.

You could make a completely custom character race/looks wise but gender would have to be male as there were no lady hunters. Their background can be different choices like game hunter, mercenary or tech expert, etc.

It would be a neat direction to take a sequel if Survival releases and is successful, especially since TLW is ripe for exploration in alternate media and needs some more love.

I am so excited to hear Conker is getting achievements, I can only imagine KoToR isnt far behind, especially since they prioritized it as one of the Xbox originals that got an update for the new Xbox release.

I look forward to having an excuse to play through them for the 80th time!

I know we have a glimpse into Sam's visions and we have a rough idea what would happen if others got it but Bilbo had it for quite a while and to my knowledge we don't know what would have been his temptation to use it.

Obviously if he truly tried to use it he would have attracted the nazgul and been cut down in short order but in theory, if he used it to fulfill his hearts desire, what would he have wanted? What would the world he makes look like? A shirt from coast to coast?

My therapist asked me why I seemed to not be paying attention on our call and I told him that im playing crusader kings. He asked what it was and this was essentially my reply:

Its a crazy game where you start as a guy and try to become king but I have NO IDEA what the fuck im doing I dont understand what de jure means or why I keep having FUCKING PEASANT REBELLIONS because I dont understand how to combine fucking French succession laws from 1200 with an excel spreadsheet effectively and IM NOT EVEN PLAYING THAT VERSION *explains after the end mod* AND NOW IM OHIO and its cool because it was run by Tim Misneys descendents BUT MY FUCKING CHARACTER DIED AND I KEEP HAVING TO INVADE MICHIGAN BECAUSE MY SIBLING TAKES IT WHENEVER MY CHARACTER DIES AND I DONT KNOW WHY BECAUSE AGAIN FRENCH SUCCESSION LAW and now I have a fucking jihad beating my ass run by a guy that took over Chicago to cosplay as the monopoly man and my lady has typhus and I have 200 hours in and thats small fries for these kinds of games *tirade about other paradox games* I hate them and I love them theyre so complicated and it literally takes a year to learn them and even when I do I probably STILL WONT UNDERSTAND PEASANT REBELLIONS

Edit: I was only distracted for a minute when he called because I was playing before the call. Once I realized I was distracted I got off and began pacing around my house and yelling.

I started a run in my hometown and the head family is a reference to a local lawyer who has billboards all over that the city has come to like. The billboards are even used for his insignia! I was cracking up when I saw it, whoever designed it HAS to be from my area.

That alone showed me how much love has gone into the game and I just wanted to say I really love it and what has been accomplished.

They're able to bring their standard load out of guns/biotics and the guns work off of ME1 rules so no thermal clip trash.

I think its a toss up between the heavy hitters like Wrex and Grunt and the more sneaky characters like Thane and Tali or Kasumi. The ability to hit and run high value targets would be great but in the path of the Warden its a lot of combat so I'm still leaning Wrex or Grunt.

Im finishing ME3 for the very first time and its making me want to play it out in Stellaris. Does anyone have any recommended mods besides portraits to allow me to RP the Alliance in tbe ME3 galaxy? Like a reaper mod or something because I know there's the endgame crisis but id like it more tailored to Mass Effect.
