New hire in BOH but want to switch to FOH — how do I ask?

I just started working at Chick-fil-A and I was hired for BOH. It hasn’t even been a week yet, but I’m realizing that I’d really like to work FOH instead.

How should I go about asking to switch? Should I talk to my BOH leader first, the FOH leader, or the director/manager?

I don’t want to come across as difficult or like I’m already unhappy with the job since I’m literally brand new 😭. I’m completely willing to keep working BOH, I just think FOH would be a better fit for me.

Has anyone switched from BOH to FOH shortly after getting hired? How did you approach it?New hire in BOH but want to switch to FOH — how do I ask?

graduated high school and starting nursing school — what are your best tips?

I just graduated high school and I’m heading into college for nursing! I’m excited but also kinda nervous about the transition from high school to college and especially nursing classes.

For those of you already in nursing school:

What should I carry in my backpack every day?
What supplies are actually useful, and what stuff did you buy that you ended up never using?

Also, what are your best tips/tricks for nursing classes? I’d especially appreciate advice on studying, taking notes, managing a heavy workload, clinicals, exams, and staying organized.

Anything you wish someone had told you before starting nursing school would be really appreciated. I’m trying to go into this as prepared as possible 😭

Thanks!!

Just got hired BOH yayyyyy!

Starting next week, I officially got my uniform! 🎉

I'd really appreciate any tips from BOH members, or just any general advice for someone for starting out. This is going to be my second job as an adult and FIRST real serious job, so I'm excited but definitely a little nervous.

Also, what does everyone wear under the chef uniform? (im a male)

Thanks in advance!

3D Printed mud covers for backfire G2Z

I've been trying to find the 3D print files online for a while now, but I haven't had any luck. I searched in a few different places and couldn't seem to find them anywhere.

If anyone knows where I can download them or has a link, I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance!

Tynee Ultra Hub or Backfire G2 Black (USA)?

I'm in the U.S. and looking to buy my first electric skateboard. I've narrowed it down to:

  • Tynee Ultra Hub OR belt version
  • Backfire G2 Black (R5s Remote) OR belt version
  • Backfire ERA 5

Which would you choose and why? I'm mainly looking for reliability, customer support, replacement parts, and overall value. Any long-term owner experiences would be appreciated!

What's the best choice for budget electric longboard?

Hi! I'm thinking about buying my first electric skateboard, but honestly I've got no clue where to start.

What would anyone recommend for a complete beginner on a tight budget?

My budget is around $400. If anyone has specific model recommendations with good range, solid build quality, and a reputation for reliability (fewer issues), I'd really appreciate it! Feel free to share your experiences or let me know if there are any boards I should avoid.

Thanks!

Is this LiPo battery still safe to use after getting dented

I'm using a 3.7V 4000mAh LiPo battery in a very tight enclosure, and the antenna connector ended up pressing into it, leaving the dent shown in the photos. The battery isn't swollen or leaking. Is this still safe to use, or should I replace it?

Is it still possible to install Windows 10/11 on a Raspberry Pi 4 in 2026? Stuck at Raspberry logo no matter what I try

I've been trying for days to get Windows 10 or Windows 11 ARM running on my Raspberry Pi 4 (8GB), and I'm honestly at my breaking point.

Every tutorial I find either seems outdated, skips important steps, or ends with me getting stuck on the Raspberry Pi logo screen forever. Windows never actually boots.

Things I've already tried:

  • Windows on Raspberry (WoR)
  • HyperUEFI
  • Multiple Windows 10 and Windows 11 ARM images
  • Reinstalling everything from scratch multiple times
  • Different tutorials from YouTube, GitHub, forums, and blogs
  • Multiple attempts with fresh downloads

No matter what I do, I always end up staring at the Raspberry Pi logo indefinitely.

At this point I'm wondering:

  • Is Windows 10/11 on a Pi 4 still actually possible in 2026?
  • Has anyone successfully installed it recently?
  • Are there any known-good tutorials that still work?
  • Could this be an EEPROM/firmware issue?
  • Are there specific UEFI settings I should be checking?

I'm not looking for someone to do the work for me I genuinely have spent hours researching and trying different methods, and I'm running out of ideas.

If you've gotten Windows 10 or 11 ARM running on a Pi 4 recently, I'd really appreciate hearing what guide, image, firmware version, and installation method you used.

Thanks.

Thoughts on Lenovo Yoga 7 Intel Evo Core Ultra 5 125H Built-in AI 14"(35.5cm) WUXGA-OLED 400Nits 2-in-1 Laptop (16GB/1TB SSD)

If anyone owns or has used this model, I’d really appreciate your feedback:

How’s the overall experience been?

Any factory issues or build quality concerns?

Is it good for college

Any limitations or things I should be aware of?

Thanks in advance

Best DTF transfer size for adult M–XL shirts?

Hey everyone, I’m designing shirts in Illustrator and ordering DTF transfers for t-shirts in sizes M–XL, then using a heat press to apply them myself. I’m trying to figure out the best design size that works well across all those shirt sizes without looking too small on an XL or too oversized on a medium.

I’m doing a small front left chest logo and a larger back design.

What dimensions do you usually use for the front left logo and back print for M–XL shirts? Do you keep one universal size, or do you resize depending on the shirt size/style/fit?

Also, any websites you recommend for ordering good-quality DTF transfers with decent pricing and turnaround times?

Thanks!

Best Ninja Transfers Size for Medium–Large T-Shirts?

Hey everyone, I’m using Ninja Transfers to make shirts and I’m trying to figure out the best design size for adult medium to large tees.

I want one transfer size that works well across both sizes without looking too small or oversized. Mainly for front center prints.

What dimensions do you usually use? Also, do you size differently depending on the style/fit of the shirt?

Thanks!
