Was anyone here at this? Is this setlist accurate?

https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/haken/2019/the-academy-dublin-ireland-139a5969.html

I only caught the tail end of the last song of this show. Unfortunately I didn't even know who Haken were then, otherwise I would've got off work a little early.

I remembered they played a song with an awesome outro, but I don't remember it being the song here. If anything, I remembered it being more like Ectobius Rex.

Virus wasn't out yet, but it doesn’t mean they didn't play something ahead of the album and maybe people just didn't know the name when the setlist was made.

Not going off a six year old memory either. This is something that has annoyed me for a long time and I never bothered asking.

In the last week I've finished Silksong, and revisited Hollow Knight.

I think Silksong is better in just about every way. And I think replaying some of Hollow Knight really drove this opinion home.

The Knight just doesn't feel as good to play as. His moveset feels basic in comparison. As do the common enemies. The map doesn't feel as nice to explore either. And even the ways to play feel more limited.

Hollow Knight was peak when I played it the first time, but Silksong has come in like plate tectonics and shifted the peak upwards. But if this is better than Hollow Knight, and I already gave that five stars, and I can't just retroactively go back and deduct a star, I've no choice but to give this six stars.

As opposed to just she can't get it?

I just watched her take 15 minutes to solve a numbers problem on the 8 out of 10 version. But other times she will just say it can't be done and it will be left at that.

My last post here I expressed very mild annoyance that it wasn't conveyed very we this was an acoustic gig with a talking section. I was all psyched for a metal gig and finding out as I was literally about to get the bus to Dublin made me have to completely pivot my expectations.

The gig tonight was kinda fascinating. And captivating. I was hanging on every word of his tale. His personality is magnetic. It was a history, recap, and deconstruction.

The one-man show wasn't thumping, or fist-pumping, or head-banging. It was more mesmerising and soell-bounding. I've only ever had that feeling once before, when I saw Julian Lage do a solo acoustic gig in Whelan's - also in Dublin.

The performances were incredible and powerful. It wasn't what I was expecting, but I'm glad I went to it.

Does anyone even use the B gear?

If I press (P) will that stop it from rolling when you put the car in P before you press the accelerator?

Does (P) stay engaged all the time once pressed? I have it on on my work car (VW Golf) and I don't have to think about it. The handbrake engages when I stop, and disengages when I move. Is this how the CHR behaves?

What is Neutral even for? No one seems to use it.

With adaptive cruise control, what are the distances from car in front for the three options?

How slow can the CHR go with adaptive cruise control? If the traffic slows to a crawl, will the car? Will it go to a stop then start moving again when the traffic does, or does it disengage at this point and have to be set again when you move?

What do the 6 circles mean on the top down image of the car, on the display behind the steering wheel when you start it up, which show 3 blue circles in front, and 3 behind?

Do any of you ever get a whistling sound even with all the windows fully closed?

I saw a thread appreciating the final riff of Sempiternal Beings, you know that one. This is also my favorite moment from across their whole discography. Below I share how to play. This is copyrighted material from the official tab book so please don't ask for the whole thing.

I'm thinking of getting a bass guitar as a side piece. I have a number of Schecter guitars and love them, they're my favourite brand, and I'm wondering if that translates to their basses?

And, also, what would you recommend in 5 string for maximum versatility?

There was a girl in the Dublin gig holding up a sign that said something like, 'Joe, it's my birthday. Can I have your baguette?'

Just wondering does anyone know if she got it.

I really didn't need that level of emotion, not to mentioned blurred vision, while flying along a busy motorway.

I don't know if it's because I saw the movie first, but the feels in the finale were pretty overwhelming.

Top book. Will recommend to all.

There's been a person emailing all day and there's a three-way going with us and another company.

Not much to do on our side, the third company is a third-party software company and occasionally we are running requests to allow IP addresses, it's mostly between client and third-party.

Anyway, the client has been getting more and more pissed during the day as they try to get this working for her. The last four emails are coming in in all caps and I can't help but read them in Jeff's Donut voice and I'm cracking up.

Glad I'm not directly dealing with this all the same.

Some tinned fruits, like pineapple and apricot, can just be frozen on their own, with no additives, and they come out great.

Others, like tinned oranges, end up crumbly, with the consistency of kinetic sand.

Is there something I can add to help it all stick better?
