Dinner is a bbq brisket sandwich and some fries.

I enjoy a lot of pop culture that is, for some reason, still stereotyped as a boy's thing. I of course will eventually make friends that are men, sometimes they go "OMG A LADY WHO KNOWS ANIME THAT ISN'T JUST WHAT I THINK GIRLS WATCH?!" or some variant of. I also get the flavor of guys who pretend they don't care, and some genuinely don't care in the sense they just enjoy talking about the pop culture with someone. That's rare, but it happens. Anyway, I could go on, but here's my most recent problem. The title's kind of misleading, but I only had so much space.

I was talking to a guy in a video call who up until now, seemed to be one of those guys who just wanted to talk pop culture and didn't have some weird hang up about me being a woman. He never outright called me "one of the guys" but that's the only way I could think of describing it with the character limit. You know, we're just two friends talking pop culture. So we were having a discussion about a long lasting fictional character and their history, and the history of characters around them. We get to talking about a story from a while ago, and he makes some claims about the story that just aren't true. So, I just tell him that isn't true and wasn't how it happened. And he pauses, then tries to argue it was, and then I realized.

He hasn't actually read that story. I mean, it's fine, right? Trying to read everything is impossible, you're going to have blind spots. I wasn't rude in my tone, I didn't try to sound like I was pulling an "ACSHUALLY!" or whatever the hell he thought. He then just starts giving me this attitude, and gets even more argumentative. Then he makes a comment about me lying about knowing about the story. Which I ask, what the hell does he mean??? And then he drops the same old song and dance about women only liking pop culture as a lie, they don't actually like it, they like cosplaying and getting male attention, I'm just pretending and had my phone open to a wikipedia page on the story, etc. It was just devolving into idiotic rambling because he was clearly in his feelings that I knew more about a story than he did. But, here's the thing, I didn't have my phone on me at all. My phone was in the other room. I walked to my phone to prove it to him. I just let out a sigh and leave the video call.

A couple hours later he hits me with dms apologizing, saying he had lost control and didn't know what he was thinking or something really fucking stupid, I just kind of glazed it. It's just so tiring. I didn't get interested in these stories to try to appeal to men. Or games, or whatever. I'm just so tired of this, it feels like a cliche from like the 1980s and earlier. He's probably still dming me on the app we were using or whatever, but I really just don't care. I guess it's also relevant but he did try to present himself as a "man who cares about the plight of women" but clearly that was all lip service. Since, you know, the moment he felt truly challenged he just threw a tantrum.

Part of me feels like I should just tell him the problems with that mentality, another part of me tells me to block him. I'm really sorry for my rambling in my first post, I'm in a frustrated mood and just writing feelings as they come.

The color scheme and everything is a placeholder, I'm just unsure what arms I want to go with in regards to things like the shape. I feel like it's mostly Exia parts so maybe I should do Cherudim anyway for some variety? Maybe use a 00 head while I'm at it?

I love Detective Conan but the ways they kind of stop the cases for the main characters' personal dramas always makes me laugh. It just feels so insulting, in a way, to the people in the cases of the week plots' loved ones dying/having died to the point it's comedic.

Overall I do enjoy this case ending with showing Kogoro's competency when he really applies himself, but damn Eri. Time and place, for real.

Anyone else find it funny? Do y'all like when Kogoro shows he's got skills when it's about Eri? Or did y'all like this case?

Playing GB3 for the ps4, and I can't go beyond this. Is this a glitch? How do I fix it?

I find it sad but well-written how the adults don't respect Joseph or Bobby's growing up in different ways in this episode. Joseph feels weird and uncomfortable with his changes, but everyone is gawking and Dale and Nancy are parading him around like a spectacle. Bobby gets some independence during a trip and feels a new chapter has begun in his life, but because he's still short and looks child-like, no one really takes his attempts at being more mature seriously. Although he does put his foot in his mouth a lot in this episode, especially later. I didn't really expect Hank to be one of those dads who wants his kid to order off the kid's menu to save a quick buck, but it helps the scene a lot.

Also, please ignore the second image. I tried to get a good frame and I got one of Hank blinking in the shot where no one else is blinking for some reason. They all just stared at Bobby, eyes unblinking, waiting for him to just give in to the pressure of ordering on the kids menu.

This is mostly for memes, but if I were the partner of the victim and these three random people joined the police to solve my partner's murder and they got into these shenanigans I'd be annoyed and wondering what the heck is going on.

Although they do eventually solve it. Sometimes the overarching mystery being mixed in with more "cases of the week" plotlines makes me feel a bit bad for the regular people who just have their loss kind of put to the way side.

This is mostly jokes, though. I just was rereading and got to this case and thought how I'd be like "Hey like, my partner just died and you're out here yapping about being in high school??"

Not exactly a 1 for 1, but something similar.

I assume a bunch of gm parts might be the ticket, but what would be good builder parts to use?

This is the episode where Hank struggles to want to vote for George W. because the man had a weak handshake. And as Hank was sharing this, Bill did not even try to entertain that it makes sense. Then eventually Hank tried to throw Luanne under the bus, and Bill counters with this. Hank didn't have a retort or a threat, which I think is one of the few times Bill has had the final word in an interaction about opinions between him and Hank. Granted, Dale took over, but still.

I'm not sure if this relates to my hardware or if I'm doing something wrong in regards to the game. I installed it as a pkg, and then whenever I click it, it does this and closes down shadps4.

Am I missing something the settings? Is it the game pkg?

I want to recreate this character in DCUO. It doesn't have to be perfect, just a similar motif might work? Any tips?
