These turned out to be a great quick snack! Baby tomatoes, basil, dairy free laughing cow herb & garlic, topped with a sprinkle of garlic infused olive oil and smoked flakey sea salt 🙌
I’ve been working on getting stronger within my headstand and I’ve been getting much better at holding my pose however my last practice I noticed my back wanting to arch to counterbalance myself plus I was leaning a bit. I guarantee that’s not good so I’m just wondering what I should be doing to counteract this? I’ve been working on strengthening my core and ensuring I’m pressing up with my arms but any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. 🙌
Got this from egg bomb and Oml it was bomb 💣 itwas the double cheese and bacon sandwich. The bread was thick and this thing was absolutely massive! Not to say it was bad at all it was very tasty 🤤 honestly a solid 8.5/10 would have again but maybe split with a friend 😂
It was a yummy meal prep I got and made from hello fresh was pretty good!
This place was ok… they gave me a salad so negative points but the taco was… it was hella mid 🫠 share in my disappointment
I’ve been working on my headstand for a few weeks now and I’ve finally been able to get up into it without wobbling or nearly falling over and gracefully descending from the pose I’m feeling super hyped!!
I’ve been working on pigeon pose for a few weeks now. I’ve been able to successfully hold this pose and descend without falling over however, I can’t straighten my arms out fully nor can I lower my backside. When I look up the pose i see people’s arms are straight however I think maybe I don’t have enough upper body strength to hold that because every time I try to straighten my arms I fail. Advice on how to build the strength to get into this pose or other ways of better holding this pose are appreciated.🧘♀️

I’ve been working on my stability here and finally did a full headstand and didn’t fall over but instead gracefully lowered back down 💪 super hyped. Next up is a full handstand!
I’m absolutely obsessed with how dainty they are!!! I’m absolutely gonna do this again but with different coloured flowers I’m obsessed.🙌🌸💕 I give them a 9/10 just so pretty

I’ve been working on getting better at headstand variations! I tried lotus and found good balance here! Can’t wait to keep learning more! Feel free to drop some pointers if you have any on how to get more stable in headstand in general! 🙌
