Hi, I’m a student from India (CBSE) and have completed my 12th this year. I want to pursue electrical engg and have received an offer from NUS but it’s without the MOE grant and also I have an offer from a tier 2 good college here in my hometown. Im in a situation where I need to take a loan for 1 year alone.
I’m stuck choosing between these 2 considering all aspects…
