Fuel door actuator doesn’t open anymore. It make motor noise but it’s not opening. I opened through the manual process but wanted to ask if this is just a WD-40 thing to fix it or I need to order a new actuator?

the sleeve box under the filter leaked and lead to lost of coolant and overheat on the autobanh. Its been replaced now. monitoring gauge the last 3 drive. No coolant lost or temperature raised. Anything else to pay attention to? or check? C220D
