9060XT driver error, twice happen today

This happened once last month and was fixed, until today it happen twice and i think that tells me something wrong. Could it be the GPU, the driver, or the Windows 10 itself is the cause?
What i did last month was "uninstal gpu driver", restart, then it came back normal again. Today it happended twice so its weird. Anyone experiencing this & found solution?
