Anyone know their deal?

About 50 cyclists who fill both lanes going north, do wheelies, go about 20 km/hr. All look like they're under 21.

I'm guessing part of us thinks that a scarehonk or a shamehonk will change someone's driving habits. But it never does.

am i right or wrong?

Ideally, the bar would have good screen selection, good food, a solid craft beer taplist. So far, I've tried Bar Volo (great beer and food, smaller TV) and Blood Brothers (lots of TVs, great beer, food was so-so, service was meh).

99% of the time they are either rude or indifferent. Like, why?
