The character is a Fairy ranger and I have references for what I'd like her outfit style to be like and what I'd like her face to be like. Prerequisite for me is I need someone who can do likenesses great.
what do you all think I hold my own reservations but would like others input as well.
Everyone loves mermaids and I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts on her. Also taking suggestions on what her name should be.

This is my character her name is Ingrid Briarheart, she's an Elven Barbarian coming from a far northern village. She follows the Path of the Ancestral Guardian. Some backstory on her culture goes:
The life of any young elf from up in the north stands before a challenge at their 26th birthday.

- The lonely night
Either the young elf ventures out to the world and does not come home without memoralia of six truly worthy foes slain and carved-in-hide stories to tell and show (from this hide with the stories of your victories will once be made the door to your cottage)
Or they venture into the Arctic night and only come back once the Arctic lights burn in their eyes (full casters of your community do that).
You have decided the blood voyage and so you have sworn an oath to slay the most worthy to fall through your blade.
But this is not a venture alone. It is the priests and images and wizards and druids that have to see the darkness one on one. The blood voyage is as much a test of strength, as it is a test of your ability to make friends and fight together. Only a fool would spend time with one whoms hide shows only them - for they are not to be trusted. So, your first challenge will be to make friends. To be a hero with the, will be your second challenge.

So I F23, was hanging out with some friends and some of their friends and generally having a good time with them. About halfway through I was put on a hoodie that was given to me by a family member. About that time one of the friends of my friends, who I had been getting along with until then seemed to get uncomfortable. When I asked them what was wrong because it seemed directed at me she told me that it just seemed like I was culturally appropriating Indigenous culture. I kinda chuckled a bit before I told her that I couldn't be appropriating it because it was part of my culture as I am Native American. This led to her saying that I wasn't because I didn't look enough like a Native American and that I wouldn't call myself Native American but would call myself Indigenous. I argued back saying that to me it wasn't a big deal if I called myself Native American. We proceeded to argue a little bit more before I just excused myself from being around her when I could for the rest of the night. I'm just wondering if I'm the Asshole for this. Edit because I forgot to add, she is Native American as well.

Well I got sent to another state and when I got free time I decided to take a simple pic of me relaxing on my free time. It wasn't anything that I thought would be bad, it didn't even have the fire. But after I posted it I got a message from some of my family members that were saying it was in bad taste to post pictures like that since there were 3 wildlands firefighters who died recently. I told them I didn't think that it was because it was just me relaxing on my free time in the nice area I was at and I wasn't even close to the area they were at, not even the same state. They still said it was bad taste and that I should take it down to which I told them it wasn't gonna happen. They said that I'm a bad person and an asshole for it and would like to know if I truly am. Edit: the reason they said something is because it's the same job that I do and because I posted it like an hour or so after their identities were revealed.
