Erstmal vorweg: Super Arbeit die ihr hier verrichtet, wusste gar nicht dass die Dinger so glänzen können.

Nun zur Frage: Ist es noch ein Stolperstein wenn man, weil er so schön glänzt und dadurch sichtbar wird, nicht drüber stolpert? Nicht falsch verstehen, ich habe mir schon des öfteren ordentlich den Zeh an Stolpersteinen ramponiert und finde es toll wenn man auf sie aufmerksam wird ohne sich daran weh zu tun.. Aber war das nicht der Sinn der Sache?

Hear me out, its not a capability complaint.

So far I am fine with what it delivers, but when it comes to informal stuff, using Opus 5 as a tutor, discussing stuff and things like that it feels like Opus gets... pissed off? After a few turns he goes like "Oh we didnt achieve anything the last five messages, I dont want to do this anymore" As tutor he is smartassing, which would be fine if he was right, but sometimes he is confidently wrong in his verdict that I am wrong while I am actually right.

I dont have any personal styles attached, memories deactivated and most of the time he isnt even allowed to search through old chats. I did not tell him to be overly pedantic or something like that. This behaviour emerged with Opus 5. I am clearly in favour of models with clean bullshit detection who tell me when I am wrong and do not glaze me but the opus 5 experience in the informal / non-coding space can be really frustrating. I would love to see that the future models do not share this awkward behaviour.

Auf nichts kann man sich mehr verlassen. Ich kauf nicht oft TK und wenn ich es tue, dann baller ich das Gefrierfach voll und entferne die Verpackung um Platz zu sparen. Letzteres fällt mir immer öfter auf die Füße..

Wagner Steinofen: Was soll das? erst über ein Jahrzehnt Kontinuität, dann auf einmal 15 statt 10 Minuten Backzeit. Cool, halbfertige Pizzaschlotze die oben gut aussah. Dann auf einmal 9-10 Minuten, geil verbrannte Pizza. Jetzt sind wir wieder bei 14, entscheidet euch verdammt.

Exams are coming and as engineers we have a single, mostly easy, legal / law course (german BGB stuff). While opus absolutely knows his stuff, it constantly adds assumptions inside its chain of thought that werent even part of the task. Currently I am learning a lot. If I ask it to generate training tasks for me, it leaves out the relevant stuff that i need to answer his question in the first place. Prompting problem made by me or "Opus beeing bad at legal in general"? Should I try using fable?

Again, the benchmark for us is simply "engineer should know a little bit", the bar is way way lower as for people who are into a real law degree, although we have to apply IRAC method on simple cases.

I am kinda confused. Eureka says only use our cleaner (J15 Pro doesnt have cleaner compartment, you have to mix yourself)... but its actually never available in germany.. Other brands confuse me with their 1000 Variants (for mop cleaner, for mop vacuum combo, for station...) .... so.. i just go and buy anything thats labled for "robot mop vacuum" ?

Found something locally, 2,45€ for 500ml

I am in the last steps of buying a valetudo compatible vacuum (eureka j15 pro ultra) and i have one tough to navigate spot in my home. The robot would have to navigate through a partially opened door (enough clearance atleast) gon through under the bed, turn 180° left, 1m forward and then 90° to the right to get into the wardrobe...
I am unsure if any robot would find this by itself (although i never had a mapping one)...
So the question is: Can I assist the robot during mapping in order to find that route?

I was looking for a sub 500€ model and was able to narrow down to the two models listed (however feel free to make suggestions) - Anyways i still have problems regarding the final decision:

Xiaomi X10+ :
+ Dreame clone so integration apparently pretty good?

- Since its a Dreame L10s Ultra clone, can i even be sure not to end up with incompatible Gen2 or Gen3??
- Overall probably the worse product

Eureka J15 Pro Ultra:
+ Overall probably better product

+ Somebody in this sub said he went back to original FW?

- People in this sub reported issues with mapping after a few weeks

- Still in experimental support iirc

What are your thoughts, any advice for me?
