A little birdie told me that the team love the anime...but the game's tone will pull heavily from Takimoto's original light novel. (2002) Interesting.
I've also heard they're aiming for a PC/Steam release first,, dropping mid through late 2027 if everything goes smoothly with localization pipeline planning...
