I'm between grabbing either Space Dwarves or Space Marines. I love a good bit of lore so whats your favourite bit of Votann lore? And are they currently up to anything of note?

I hear they're both shorter than their main counterparts which suits my strapped for time self.

So is there a better one of the two or is it really just a matter of do I prefer fantasy or sci fi?

I know theres the ww2 one 5 men at kurk/normandy but I've got a soft spot for musket/blackpowder weaponry and would love to find a solo miniatures game for it. Anyone know any? Or just any historical solo miniatures games in general?

(I also dont actually have 5 leagues so im unaware if that has muskets or not, I just assume it leans into the more medieval side of fantasy.)

I'm looking for a solo military wargame anything set from ww2-Nam-modern day would be great. I've tried searching for solo miniatures games but ive only found fantasy or sci fi ones so far.

So trying to keep a long story short, my partner has moved to Scotland from the Channel islands and brought her car and we've had some real bother trying to get it registered with the DVLA who have been entirely unhelpful, gave false info to us and treated us like dirt. Our application just got rejected again citing a few things (2 of which are their fault not ours)

Now the current problem we're facing is that despite passing it's checks in the channel islands before arriving here they want a fresh MoT done here but as far as we're aware you cant drive an uninsured car to an MoT(?) and we cant find insurers anywhere willing to insure us because they refuse to insure a car with Channel island plates and we won't get British plates until its been registered.

So to sum it up cant register car because we need MoT, cant get MoT because we're not insured, cant get insured without being registered and receiving our british plates. Like what are we supposed to do here?

Sorry if ive entered rant territory but we're our wits end with this and the Dvla, baby is due in just 2 weeks now and we're no longer going to have a car for it. The stress we've been put through is a joke and the dvla have been entirely uninterested in helping.

Just discovered and developed a mild obsession with these little guys would love to deep dive into Quar lore, is there a consensus on certain good and trusted lore youtubers?

With my pc knackered its been a small relief to still be able to play CK3 on the ps5. Do we think the likes of Hoi4, Vic3 etc will ever grace the console world?
