Does generic brand matter?
I have the Rising generic but I heard that other generics perform better. Is this true? I don’t know if I even have the option to change my generic brand.

Every morning, I always have a breakfast smoothie consisting of 60g protein powder, 5g creatine, fruits, oat milk, and chia seeds. It helps me to get my day started, and I am consistently losing weight. However, I’ve seen a lot of evidence saying that intermittent fasting will burn a lot more fat during the fasting window by utilizing fat as the energy source and this will increase your metabolism by lowering insulin resistance more than if you would eat breakfast. So I’m confused because I know it’s calories in calories out but if IF will increase my metabolism so I can eat more and burn more fat, would it be better to fast? Or is it just bro science or unfactual?
I’m currently on Wellbutrin XL 300mg and it helps emotional regulation a little but really none of my ADHD symptoms go away. Stimulants are not an option because of the shortage. I was wondering what kind of experiences you had on Strattera + what dose you are on. I am desperate and really want Strattera to work because Wellbutrin and Qelbree didn’t work for me. I preferably want the experiences to be in depth but you don’t have to. ADHD is just hard for me and affecting my whole life.
Since stimulants are in a shortage, I have to resort to getting non-stimulants. I have been on Wellbutrin XL 300mg for a couple of months now but I feel like it isn’t working as well as I thought for my ADHD. I tried Qelbree but that didn’t help at all. Only option left is Strattera now. Is there anyone who has experience with Strattera?
I feel like the bass is too much for me and I want to reduce it but the presets to reduce the bass also reduce all the other details of the song. How do I reduce just the base on my EQ? Below was my poor attempt at trying to design an EQ
I spent way too much time and money listening to feedback from the community about my stack. I know once I figure it out, the benefits are going to be great and I’ve already experienced a ton of them, but I just want to find the right balance. After so much advice and money spent, I think I FINALLY dialed down everything I need without going overboard. Please let me know what you think
I also take Whey Protein Isolate 60g & Creatine 5g after the gym
I’m creating a new supplement stack and I currently have a probiotic in my current stack. It’s the Physician’s Choice 60B CFU probiotic. Should I remove it completely? If so, what do I replace it with?
I want to take NAC as a ton of people have recommended it to me. I have a couple questions though. What brand do you take, what is the dosage you take, and does it affect people differently? I mostly want to hear anecdotes about how it affected you but I am needing some answers.
They gave me a free modem so I was using it along with my own TP-Link router. The router is fine but the connection keeps cutting out and I dialed it down to the modem being the issue. I went to a Spectrum store to replace it and the connection issues got fixed but they gave me an outdated used one that was dirty and stained everywhere with the LEDs not even working. Replaced that again with one from the warehouse and the LEDs are showing but extremely faint and it was even dirtier than the other one. Should I just get my own modem at this point from Amazon? If so, may I please get some suggestions?
I’ve spent literal months and hundreds of dollars testing a bunch of supplements trying to get the best supplement stack. This is the only one that seems to have a benefit for me. I went from 23 to 13 to 18 to 11 to finally 7 supplements that seem to actually have an effect.
Seems to work the best for me. Please let me know what you think and what your top supplements/supplement stack is!
Any budget is fine. I’m looking for Al Pastor or Carne Asada burritos but just filled to the brim with stuff. Looking forward to your recommendations!
I want the most savory and creamy butter chicken that I can find in NYC. I saw a video of this guy trying Red Onion Indian and it looked extremely good. But just wanted to ask the community if there are any spots I’m overlooking. I am looking for one lathered in cream, butter, and a good orange color.
