Any Network+ PBQ Resources?
Currently I understand all the concepts except for the PBQ. I’m still figuring out how exactly to solve those. Does anyone have a website that I can use to get practice with these?

I take 500mg of ALCAR in the morning and within 30-60 minutes, my brain fog instantly clears up and I’m able to get into a state of flow that I never really thought I could reach. It seems like learning is effortless and doing stuff is effortless. Like I have boundless energy.
The thing is though, if I take ALCAR 500mg everyday/two days in a row, then I will just get insane insomnia that goes away in a couple days. I made this mistake by actually taking 1000mg ALCAR everyday for 2 weeks straight. I couldn’t even fall asleep let alone stay asleep. I was just extremely wired and focused for the whole time but getting 4-5 hours of sleep from my normal 8 hours. Then I reduced it to 500mg ALCAR everyday and sleep got better but wasn’t fixed. So I had to take a Benadryl to get all the acetylcholine out of my system and take a break from it for a week before adding it again only 3x a week.
Currently I’m taking only 500mg ALCAR 3x a week and it works well on the day I take it and lingers to the next day. Absolutely amazing supplement if I do say so for brain clarity. Just make sure to not take it 2 days in a row or you may get insomnia problems.
I passed Core 1 yesterday after studying for only like 4 days and I really was surprised for how much I knew on the test. Felt like every question could be answered immediately and easily. Messer's YouTube course/notes are really amazing and prepared me for all sorts of terms I would see on the test. Dion's practice exams were harder than the actual test and prepared me very well for the test. Again, I studied for only 4 days. It really brought my confidence up as I was putting off taking the A+ for a year and a half until recently.
Preparing for Core 2 right now and using the same materials from Messer and Dion. They're helping me to prepare for the test so much faster than I would ever thought possible. These two are really the gold standard of CompTIA knowledge and 100% would recommend getting their stuff!
Here is my supplement stack to help with ADHD, anti aging, muscle building, general health, etc. It helped me have more energy, focus better, get more work done, build more muscle, look younger, and sleep better.
The goal with the Caffeine, L-Theanine, L-Tyrosine, Taurine, and Acetyl L-Carnitine was to replicate an energy drink that had half the caffeine (to enhance deep sleep) and to have more consistent dopamine flow which helps with my ADHD. Tongkat Ali and Creatine helped with my muscle building, astaxanthin and Lutein for my eye and skin health and anti aging. And the rest for general health improvements.
I also drink 2 cups of Lifeway kefir every morning along with these supplements and I cycle Tongkat Ali 5 days on, 2 days off. I also take Strattera 80mg, Lexapro 10mg, and Cialis 5mg as my prescription medications for ADHD, anxiety, and sexual health.
I can answer any questions you may have or if you have any recommendations for me!
I got my APP3 to replace my APP2 and the noise cancellation was definitely better but I noticed something was very off with the sound. Not exactly sure how to describe it but I prefer the APP2 sound by far. I decided to test out the APP3 for a couple of days but in many ways I feel it’s a downgrade other than the noise cancelling and the fit. The APP2 just sounds soooooo much better for me. Ended up purchasing an APP2 refurbished in the end and returned the APP3. Does anyone else feel this way?
Hey guys, I wanted to ask about supplements that can help with ADHD because unfortunately my Concerta is in shortage and nonstimulants are not working for me at all + has way too many side effects. Can anyone help me out? I really appreciate it.
Does it cause any bad long term effects? I want to take 1000mg a day for the mental benefits and energy but have heard it can increase TMAO and also return brain fog after a while. Does anyone have experiences with it?
Mine would be creatine, pure encapsulations multivitamin, omega-3, vitamin d3+k2, boron, l-theanine, taurine, lutein+zeaxanthin, astaxanthin, and magnesium l-threonate.
Just wondering if I’m optimizing the absorption of my supplements or not.
Which multivitamin is better and why? I want to purchase one of these but no idea what choice to make. Please let me know. Thanks!
When Spectrum gave me my modem, it was a used one with a lot of scratches and the LEDs don’t even work so I don’t know if it’s on or off. Appearances aside though, the modem itself has way too many problems like frequent connection drops and lower speeds overtime. I tested this with an Ethernet cable connected directly to the modem and I got 500mbps even though my speed is 1gig. Reset the modem and got 1000 that dropped to 800 during the Speedtest. So should I get my own modem? I was looking at the ARRIS SURFboard SB8200 32x8 DOCSIS 3.1. The Spectrum modem came for free with the plan (model E31N2V1), but I feel like it’s not doing well for me. Can anyone please advise me? Thank you!
I’m not a fan of the white ones because they do get way too dirty very easily and the black ones give “villain” energy from what people have told me so I never considered them. Would this be a suitable option for everyday wear with outfits?
Wondering if I should take vitamin c as a supplement. I’m trying to lower my sugar intake but I don’t eat a lot of fruit in general. Wondering if I should take it as a supplement
I track my sleep with the Apple Watch Series 11 and use the Pillow app to see it. Most days I’ve been getting good deep sleep, but today it pops up as “high”. Isn’t the goal to get more deep sleep? I’ve also been eating Edy’s French vanilla ice cream 2 hours before bed and I take magnesium l-threonate 1333mg with 300mg tart cherry extract. I feel amazing every time I wake up, so I am confused what they mean by “high” deep sleep.
I have high estrogen and low testosterone and was thinking of taking DIM. I wanted to do it “naturally” and I do have a healthier diet with regular weight training and cardio. However, still suffering with the hormonal balance. Would DIM help lower my estrogen? I also take 6mg boron, 400mg Tongkat Ali.
I wanted to add this to my stack but wanted to ask this question first and get some anecdotal experiences.
Is there a specific time you take Lexapro? I started taking 10mg at night but I found that it is disturbing my sleep. Today I started taking it in the morning so I will see how that goes.
I wanted to make a newer thread to talk about this. I’m currently taking 12mg from Sports Research and so far it’s been great. I haven’t had any sun damage to my skin and it’s looking a lot better. However, I wanted to know if this can lower testosterone and increase estrogen? I’ve seen a lot of threads that it can so I just wanted to ask before I continue taking it.
I ordered the Solaray Berberine Phytosome and within the hour of taking it, my head cleared up. I ate lunch too and usually I would crash after lunch, but this time I didn’t crash. I also do not feel hungry yet which is a big plus. I just wanted to know what your experience is with Berberine and if it did or did not help you out. Thanks!
