Need tips/helps regarding crosshair

Whenever I use a dot crosshair my shot connects but my first bullet accuracy becomes very bad but whenever i use plus sign with gap in middle my first bullet accuracy becomes good but the later shot don't connect.

What should i do please help😭

Having high ping than normal after coming from vacation.

After coming from a vacation of 15 days my ping higher than usual which 30-50ms but now its over 65ms. I was playing on much more faster internet on my stay at vacation than that of present at my home. Please help me to fix my issue😭

Riot support is saying me to use vpn.

I play on router with 30mbps speed and without ethernet(router is not near my laptop)
