Going to be interesting to see what this is all about
Burnout Revenge Is Actually the Best One
I hope EA can see that there is still a demand for these games and remaster them.
The author of the piece is incorrect though, Takedown is still the best one!

When signing the lookout log book with Dina, the dates in the logbook are 2/3 and 3/2. However, when going into read mode, they are both 3/2.

Anyone in the UK pick up Retro Gamer magazine last month? Cover mentioned Burnout 2
In the supermarket last week, I saw Retro Gamer magazine (has Assassins Creed as the main front cover picture) had a bullet point on the back cover saying Burnout 2. The magazine was in a sealed bag so couldn't flip through it.
I was going to buy the magazine today as its pay day, but it has gone on to the next issue.
Did anyone pick up the last issue? If so, what did it say about Burnout 2?
Thanks.
I've had it with the corporate world and making rich peope richer. Have you ever made a dramatic change in your work life?
I'm about to hit 43 and I've had it with normally jobs. 25 years of hard work to just about scrap together some sort of life whilst the rich men just get richer and expect more and more.
Surely there is more to life?
Have you ever had this realisation and made a dramatic switch in your work life?
I couldn't sleep last night and came up with my dream job.
The world is missing what are known as 'the third place'. A social space other than home or work/school. A place to hang out. My ultimate would be a retro gaming lounge. A place for people to hang out thats not a pub or centered around sports. Just some good old fashioned split screen gaming like you would have done with your mates in the old days, and some classic arcade machines. A place for teenagers to hang out for a few hours after school and then adults after work.
Of course I have no money for anything like this so will have to continue working for 'the man', but has anyone ever had the ability to rip up their existing work life and do a major switch?
Got a RG406V, seeking help with a couple of issues
Hello everyone. I was recently lucky enough to pick up a second hand RG406V and have a couple of cosmetic issues I'm hoping you lovely people can help with.
Firstly, there is an air bubble under the bottom left corner of the screen. Can anyone tell if this is from a screen protector that has been installed or is it an issue with the screen itself? I don't want to try peeling it off if it is the actual screen.
Secondly, the rubber protector under the right stick has popped out. Hopefully you can see on the picture when compared to the left stick. I've tried using a pair of tweezers to try and put it back but without much luck. Any suggestions on how to get it back in place?
Thanks for your help. Back to revisiting some much loved games from my childhood!

Creating a Merlin dashboard
My son has really got into bird watching and its a hobby I want to help encourage.
He uses Merlin on his phone a lot and we are very lucky that our house backs onto a small woodland, so he gets good results.
Is there a way that we can have Merlin constantly listening and have a dashboard for results? For example, I am thinking of an outdoor mic connected to a computer displaying what it has heard that day, keeps a tab on amount of times a certain bird had been heard, keeps a track of what species on what day etc.
Is such a thing possible? Thanks
Please help me find a post
Apologies for a slightly off topic post.
Within the last couple of weeks, I saw a post, I think it was on this sub, showing someone who had created an e-ink display that linked with a bird song detector. It would hear a bird song and then sketch a picture of that bird onto the e-ink display.
The person who posted it created it themselves, but there was a link to a site that sold all the things needed. I think it was around $400.
I mentioned it to my wife and she wants us to create one for her father. But I can't now find the post regardless of what I search for!
Does anyone have a link it to? Many thanks

wdwnt.comHow often do stock levels update in the app?
There is an item I'm after which get traded on quite infrequently and sell quickly when they do appear. I'm checking the stock levels in my local stores a few times a day. But is it worth doing this? Do they update live? Or only over night? Thanks
They were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should

ign.comMost portable device that can play up to PS2 and GC?
Hi all.
I have a Steam Deck and love its emulation options, even if I feel I have only scratched the surface with its capabilities. However, it has one issue: its portability or lack their of.
Essentially, I am after the most portable device that can emulate up to PS2 and GameCube.
There are many times when I wish I had my Steam Deck on me to play some games, but don't. I would love a device that can fit in my pocket and be able to play some Burnout 3 and Pikmin.
Thanks for any recommendations
