Got charged for cc even though the purchase failed
I accidentally hit the monthly pack and it said the charge didn't go through. Later, when I checked my bank account, I got charged for 64 dollars. But the monthly package still has three more uses, and the cc never ended up in my account. I tried contacting support, but the purchase info order number part confused me
