I’m 16, any habits to build to get into med school

Hey so I live in Canada and here it’s incredibly hard to get into med school. Out of 15,000 applicants only 2000 get accepted which is around a 20% chance acceptance rate. I recognize this and I’m seriously scared of me not getting in by the time when I do apply. So starting now I would like to build habits today that could help me be prepared for the tests. So I came here to ask experienced students of med school. Any habits I should build?

Any signs of an above average iq?

Hey so I want to know what signs or behaviors show that someone might have an above average IQ or average. I want to take a real IQ test but they cost too much money. Free online tests are hard for me because English is not my first language and my home language is rare so I cannot find tests in it. The English words on tests make it hard to understand on what it’s telling me. A bit about me I love the sciences and have a deep intense curiosity about how things work, i always ask random "what if" or "why" questions about the world and I sometimes even like connecting them with different topics.
I like using logic to solve problems, but if a problem is too hard, my brain just gives up. I also struggle with word problems in math. I can solve normal math equations easily, but the long words in word problems confuse me. Does any of this could be a sign of above or average iq

Are my chest genetics bad? Could I still make it look big with a year of training?

Hey I was just wondering if my chest genetics were bad, and if I could make them look big within a year. And what exercises should I do.

Any parts of my body I should work on more?

Hey I’ve been working out for 5 weeks now, I was just wondering what areas of my body I should work on more? Since I’m starting early I want to be able to work on smaller parts of my body so I end up looking good. Also could I only do bench press for my program because normally I would do bench press and chest flies but all the time the chest fly machine is always being used and we only have one so would it be okay if I did chest press and bench press?

How do I train to be fast?

Hey so I mostly just do strength training at the gym, but I've been wanting to get faster lately because I'm thinking about joining track next year for my school. How should I train my body for speed? Also is there an effective way to use treadmills for sprint training or would it be better to just use land?

What program would be most effective for me?

Thanks!

My lower back hurts when doing running activities, any way to fix this?

Hey I wanted to mention an issue I’ve been running into. Whenever I am running (whether it’s in track or playing basketball) my core and lower back end up hurting or feeling the burn rather than my legs like the quads or hamstrings. The lower back pain tends to sometimes stick around throughout the day not when I’m resting it’s usually when I’m bending over to grab something heavy then when I straighten up it hurts but before I did any running activities it wouldn’t hurt as much when grabbing heavy things. I find myself avoiding fully straightening my back because I can feel an uncomfortable sensation in my lower back when I do. I don’t think it would be an older age problem because I’m 16.

Do I have gyno?

Hey so I’m supper confused on what’s been happening to my right nipple. So for about a week or so my right nipple began to hurt whenever I’d lay over my right side or whenever I tapped it. Throughout the week the pain has been going down but my right nipple won’t get hard like my left nipple does. It will just stay at the same shape. And I don’t know if it could be gyno or not.

Could I grow to 6+ft?

Hey so I was wondering if I would grow tall into 6ft I asked ai and it said I do have potential but I wanted to make sure here. So on my mother’s side my grandfather is 6’8 while my grandmother was 6’0. My uncles and aunts (on my mom side) are some tall and some shorter. For example my uncle P is 6’7 while my uncle S is 5’8 same with my aunts. My aunt N is 6’2 while my aunt A is 5’5. My mother is 5’6 and my father is 5’8. I was wondering if I could grow taller since I could have tall genes in my gene pool. Currently I’m 16 male, and I’m 5’9-5’10.

Should I cut or build muscle first

Hey I was wondering if I should cut or just maintain and first build muscle, for context I don’t workout I weigh 160lbs and 5’11. As I am starting to workout I want to know if I should cut or just first build muscle. My goal is trying to get leaner however I don’t want to lose any muscle within the process, I want my abs to pop out more.

Ppl believe I take steroids or I workout

At first I didn’t think of my physique of anything special, I mainly thought it was average tbh, but when I posted it in a YouTube commit to get tips many ppl believed that I workout or take steroids without me working out or that I have a construction job or do sports. But I do none of that😭

Is my physique really above average for someone who hasn’t touched a weight before? Or are ppl exaggerating?

Should I cut? What could be my body fat %

Can you tell me what my body fat percentage might be if I’m 5’10 and 160 lbs? I’ve never really worked out before, but I want to start getting healthier and improving my physique. My goal is to make my abs more visible while still maintaining my muscle mass and not getting too skinny. I want to know what I should focus on, like workouts, diet to lose fat in a healthy way and build a better looking body overall. Also if you guys have any programs I could follow please help me out. I need a good program to follow to build muscle mass and get stronger. Thanks
