What do you guys think about the moderation or moderators of r/TeensofMaharashtra?

It’s been over a year since this community started, and we’ve grown quite a lot since then - lots of new faces, new members, and new ideas.
So we thought it was time to actually ask you guys:
What do you guys expect from the mod team or the community? Have you ever felt like a moderation decision was unfair? Any rules you think need to be changed or added? Any events, threads, or ideas you'd like to see here?
We're genuinely open to criticism - including criticism of the mod team. You don't have to sugarcoat it. If something we're doing sucks, tell us.
We're also open to completely new ideas for the community. If you've got something you've wanted to suggest but never did, now's the time.
And since we're apparently never satisfied with the banner - we're also open for banner submissions! 🎨
If anyone wants to make one, go crazy with it.
